Kenya's Opposition Leader Odinga Withdraws From Presidential Election Rerun

Kenya opposition leader Raila Odinga announced that he was pulling out of October's presidential election rerun on Tuesday, according to BBC News. Odinga said that his withdrawal should give the electoral commission enough time to introduce necessary reforms to help deliver a fully credible election.
