ASUS X205 / F205 Ultra Netbook Unboxing und erster Eindruck
Nanu, das Technikfaultier packt ein Notebook aus? Ja, die Älteren erinnern sich vielleicht noch, so hat das alles hier mal angefangen. Mit lustigen Netbooks. Jetzt Jahre später, hatte man die Teile eigentlich abgeschrieben. Irgendwann kam dann noch Google mit seinen Chromebooks, aber seit einiger Zeit meldet sich Microsoft in diesem Segment zurück. Günstige 11,6 Zoll Geräte und eher bescheidener Hardware, dafür aber einem vollwertigen Windows.
Viele denken da gerade bestimmt an das Acer Aspire ES1, aber meine Wahl viel auf den ASUS X205. Ja, die Hardware schreckt eher ab, ja man hätte einiges anders machen können, aber 8-10 Stunden Akkulaufzeit bei unter 1kg Gewicht, da konnte ich nicht widerstehen und will dem Teil auf den Zahn fühlen. Ach ja, und mit Windows 10 angstfrei experimentieren ;o)

ASUS X205 / F205 Ultra Netbook Unboxing und erster Eindruck Nanu, das Technikfaultier packt ein Notebook aus? Ja, die Älteren erinnern sich vielleicht noch, so hat das alles hier mal angefangen. Mit lustigen Netbooks. Jetzt Jahre später, hatte man die Teile eigentlich abgeschrieben. Irgendwann kam dann noch Google mit seinen Chromebooks, aber seit einiger Zeit meldet sich Microsoft in diesem Segment zurück. Günstige 11,6 Zoll Geräte und eher bescheidener Hardware, dafür aber einem vollwertigen Windows. Viele denken da gerade bestimmt an das Acer Aspire ES1, aber meine Wahl viel auf den ASUS X205. ASUS X205 / F205 Ultra Netbook Unboxing und erster Eindruck
Nanu, das Technikfaultier packt ein Notebook aus? Ja, die Älteren erinnern sich vielleicht noch, so hat das alles hier mal angefangen. Mit lustigen Netbooks. Jetzt Jahre später, hatte man die Teile eigentlich abgeschrieben. Irgendwann kam dann noch Google mit seinen Chromebooks, aber seit einiger Zeit meldet sich Microsoft in diesem Segment zurück. Günstige 11,6 Zoll Geräte und eher bescheidener Hardware, dafür aber einem vollwertigen Windows.
Viele denken da gerade bestimmt an das Acer Aspire ES1, aber meine Wahl viel auf den ASUS X205. Ja, die Hardware schreckt eher ab, ja man hätte einiges anders machen können, aber 8-10 Stunden Akkulaufzeit bei unter 1kg Gewicht, da konnte ich nicht widerstehen und will dem Teil auf den Zahn fühlen. Ach ja, und mit Windows 10 angstfrei experimentieren ;o)

I had it on multiple Win 7 machines, but it’d never install properly. It always failed at some point. This was across 4 different machines, laptops, netbooks etc. The upgrade process was just broken. Typical Microsoft. In the end I had to download the upgrade manually, create a bootable USB key and do it that way instead. On every install it fucked SOMETHING up ... In fact I find most things like pushing of apps to be highly irritating ... ....
