The real source of peace of mind is love and compassion; not the love we feel for those who are close and already affectionate towards us, but an unlimited sense of altruism, a love that can be extended to all beings, including your enemy, which only human beings are capable of.

Hinduism/Sanatana Dharma spreads globally through teachings of Self-realization and Self-healing of Yoga, Vedanta, mantra, meditation, Ayurveda, and the search for truth within. Anti-Hindu forces work through defamation, deception, violence and obstruction. The contrast is clear.

Don’t mistake a lapse in judgment for a lack of character. We all have moments when we fail to live up to our principles. Humility is how quickly you recognize it, and integrity is how hard you work to rectify it. Character is striving to become the person you claim to be.

Modern psychology, trapped in the outer mind, is not sufficient to guide us beyond ignorance and sorrow to our true Self, in which alone is lasting peace We should study the Vedantic view of mind and consciousness and practice Self-inquiry according to the guidance of the sages.

The mortal cannot become immortal and the immortal cannot become mortal. Nothing can change its nature. But we can turn our awareness within to our immortal Self and let go of identification with the mortal body. That is the way of the Yoga of Knowledge.

India has produced more timeless texts of spiritual wisdom than any other country or civilization. Upanishads, Gita, Vedas, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Yoga and Vedanta Shastras, Kalidas. Just a glimpse of the vast teachings still alive today that can transform our consciousness.

Today with health challenges, economic uncertainty, social unrest and new wars, psychological afflictions of fear, anxiety, depression, anger and hatred are increasing. Not the clarity of mind necessary for right perception, proper decisions or lasting solutions.

It is to find faults. Not easy to find something right. Most difficult is to call out those who did something right. The best of leaders do this so effortlessly. #OfficeTruths

Not merely political correctness that we need, which is constantly changing and controversial, but alignment with the Universal Dharma and the one Self in all beings. We human beings are too caught in the conflicts within our own species to see the real beauty of the cosmos.

The traditional literature on Sri Rama is vast, profound, and inspirational starting with Valmiki Ramayana to Tulsidas Ramayana to Adhyatma Ramayana, and to Yoga Vasishtha, the longest, most insightful, visionary and in depth study of the subtle secrets of Yoga and Vedanta.

Short-term actions eventually become long-term weights.

Today we are still obsessed with gaining influence and power over others, though we remain lacking in power over our own minds and emotions. Without self-mastery though we may dominate others, we remain in the control of external forces without any real power of our own.
