The Nebula Awards annually recognize the best works of science fiction or fantasy published in the United States during the previous year. The awards are organized and awarded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA), a nonprofit association of professional science fiction and fantasy writers. They were first given in 1966 at a ceremony created for the awards, and are given in four categories for different lengths of literary works. A fifth category for film and television episode scripts was given 1974–78 and 2000–09. The rules governing the Nebula Awards have changed several times during the awards' history, most recently in 2010.
The Nebula Awards have been termed as one of "the most important of the American science fiction awards". Winning works have been published in special collections, and winners and nominees are often noted as such on the books' cover. SFWA numbers the awards by the year prior to the year the award is given in; the 2012 awards were presented in San Jose, California on May 18, 2013, and the 2013 awards were presented in San Jose, California on May 17, 2014.
Science fiction is a genre of speculative fiction dealing with imaginative concepts such as futuristic settings, futuristic science and technology, space travel, time travel, faster than light travel, parallel universes and extraterrestrial life. Science fiction often explores the potential consequences of scientific and other innovations, and has been called a "literature of ideas." It usually eschews the supernatural, and unlike the related genre of fantasy, historically science fiction stories were intended to have at least a faint grounding in science-based fact or theory at the time the story was created, but this connection has become tenuous or non-existent in much of science fiction.
Science fiction is difficult to define, as it includes a wide range of subgenres and themes. Author and editor Damon Knight summed up the difficulty, saying "science fiction is what we point to when we say it", a definition echoed by author Mark C. Glassy, who argues that the definition of science fiction is like the definition of pornography: you do not know what it is, but you know it when you see it.
A nebula (Latin for "cloud"; pl. nebulae, nebulæ, or nebulas) is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen, helium and other ionized gases. Originally, nebula was a name for any diffuse astronomical object, including galaxies beyond the Milky Way. The Andromeda Galaxy, for instance, was referred to as the Andromeda Nebula (and spiral galaxies in general as "spiral nebulae") before the true nature of galaxies was confirmed in the early 20th century by Vesto Slipher, Edwin Hubble and others.
Most nebulae are of vast size, even hundreds of light years in diameter. Although denser than the space surrounding them, most nebulae are far less dense than any vacuum created in an Earthen environment – a nebular cloud the size of the Earth would have a total mass of only a few kilograms. Nebulae are often star-forming regions, such as in the "Pillars of Creation" in the Eagle Nebula. In these regions the formations of gas, dust, and other materials "clump" together to form larger masses, which attract further matter, and eventually will become massive enough to form stars. The remaining materials are then believed to form planets and other planetary system objects.
Creative Commons (CC) is a non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share. The organization has released several copyright-licenses known as Creative Commons licenses free of charge to the public. These licenses allow creators to communicate which rights they reserve, and which rights they waive for the benefit of recipients or other creators. An easy-to-understand one-page explanation of rights, with associated visual symbols, explains the specifics of each Creative Commons license. Creative Commons licenses do not replace copyright, but are based upon it. They replace individual negotiations for specific rights between copyright owner (licensor) and licensee, which are necessary under an "all rights reserved" copyright management, with a "some rights reserved" management employing standardized licenses for re-use cases where no commercial compensation is sought by the copyright owner. The result is an agile, low-overhead and low-cost copyright-management regime, profiting both copyright owners and licensees. Wikipedia uses one of these licenses.
An award is something given to a person, a group of people, or an organization to recognize their excellence in a certain field; a certificate of excellence. Awards are often signified by trophies, titles, certificates, commemorative plaques, medals, badges, pins, or ribbons. An award may carry a monetary prize given to the recipient; for example, the Nobel Prize for contributions to society or the Pulitzer Prize for literary achievements. An award may also simply be a public acknowledgment of excellence, without any tangible token or prize.
Awards can be given by any person or institution, although the prestige of an award usually depends on the status of the awarder. Usually, awards are given by an organization of some sort, or by the office of an official within an organization or government. For instance, a special presidential citation (as given by the President of the United States) is a public announcement giving an official place of honor (e.g., President Ronald Reagan gave a special presidential citation in 1984 to the Disney Channel for its excellent children's television programming.)

IAM : Noble art
Yeah, now that I got the blood, let me speak on this aight
Yeah, I hear a lot of kick in this bitch
Turn the music up in this motherfucker
Other side of the track niggaz
Method Man, Redman, IAM
Let's get it dirty
Yeah, we back live again
It's the world wide niggaz
Ladies and germs, it's pandemonium, brick Napolean
Doc and Meth, all in ya girl falopian
Fuck you up, like a double-stacked Pokemon
Peek-at-you/Pikachu, your a puss (?Dat lowly man?)
I'm from the brick, where there's real car thieves
Rock this funky joint, like P.R.P.'s
Tricks up my sleeve, just give me an hour
I bang two women, on the Eifel Tower
Vise l'esprit fier irascible, IAM irréductible
Dès le départ, faut que tu comprennes
Understand that Redman got a gun
And when I cock it back, FIRE, I am, somebody
Roll up, or we throw up drinks, until we throw up
Aiyyo, right off the back, I want y'all to know
I am, somebody
Sens l'atmosphère, la haute sphère, la sale rime Rhô
Yo, the bigger they are, the harder they fall
I got some con's, that love songs, harder than y'all
I don't fear nothin' at all, frontin' at all
I even got female cops, bustin' my balls
Don't mess with my mess, my disc in effect
Like the clip in the Tech, ya riskin' ya neck
If ya fixin' to flex, come wit ya best
Or don't come, name a track I don't run
Eh!
I'm a animal, a real wise guy
I don't talk, I let me boom bye, bye
I shut down the clubs, and I hit the Ave
DOC-TOR, fix a hole, like fix a flag
SHEAH!, they yellin' out "He ain't shit!"
Believe that, when I act like my weed ain't hit
Def Jam, Vandetta, Jam Jay, forever
Rock an umbrella, when I spit, nigga
I'm rocking the fame, I'm hard-headed, my nuts the same
I'm bringing dope back in the game, tap ya fame
And get a fix, y'all ain't really seen bomb shit
Even if you got Inspectah Deck, or Huns Blix
Meth Man, Funk Doc, and IAM
Got these half naked, Hollywood hoes, on spy cams
Y'all know the program, get wit the program
I ain't no singing nigga, this ain't no slow jam
