Britton spent years in both Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Raleigh, North Carolina. After graduating from Leesville Road High School in Raleigh in 1999, Britton joined the U.S. Army as a combat engineer. He stayed in the Army for three years and served in Korea.

Andrew is the English form of a given name common in many countries. In the 1990s it was among the top ten most popular names for boys in English-speaking countries. In Italian, the equivalent to "Andrew" is "Andrea", though "Andrea" is feminine in most other languages. "Andrew" is frequently shortened to "Andy" or "Drew". The word is derived from the Greek: Ανδρέας, Andreas, itself related to Ancient Greek: ἀνήρ/ἀνδρός aner/andros, "man" (as opposed to "woman"), thus meaning "manly" and, as consequence, "strong", "courageous", and "warrior". In the King James Bible, the Greek "Ἀνδρέας" is translated as Andrew.
In 2000, the name Andrew was the second most popular name in Australia. In 1999, it was the 19th most common name, while in 1940, it was the 31st most common name. Andrew was the first most popular boys name in the Northern Territory in 2003 to 2015 and continuing. In Victoria, Andrew was the first most popular name for a boy in the 1970s.
Andrew was the 20th most popular name chosen for male infants in 2005. Andrew was the 16th most popular name for infants in British Columbia in 2004, the 17th most popular name in 2003, and the 19th most popular name in 2002. In 2001, it was the 18th most common name. From 1999 – 2003, Andrew was the sixth most often chosen name for a boy.

"Tasting you on my lips, passion brings Memories of your simple kiss crashing in Seems to me the only way is home We'll paint the ceiling with happy times Forgive the walls and broken chimes Seems to me the only way is home Who am I waiting for The friend you were before, closer to me Come closer to me Let's make a home, home, home........ Forget about the easy about you and I Beautiful for free can't be denied Seems to me the only way is home Who am I waiting for The friend you were before, closer to me Come closer to me Let's make a home, home, home..."

Tell Me This Is Love (2014) By Andrew Britton, Jesse O'Mahoney, Matthew Robertson, Owen Lloyd Lyrics I used to wait for her, after school By the gates with my books baby feeling a fool I used to walk her home every night In the summer or winter in the sun or ice We never spoke, I never caught her eye She didn't even know I was there half the time I don't think she even knew my name But I made sure that she always got home safe Raise your hands Tell me this is love Baby raise your hands Do it just because Wait, you won't believe it, she said my name It was a day like today like any other day I was walking her home, ten feet back She turned around stared at me and went on the attack. She said you could at least walk by my side And so I stepped right up and said that sounded alright No...
