    Chicago's Francis Shannon began posting his bedroom psych gems on Bandcamp as Hollowtapes about a year ago. Gold Flake Paint heralds his new track as "a disarmingly addictive slice of lo-fi guitar pop, sounding suitably like a car radio that's just out of tune."
