This is the horror moment doctors examined a patient with a headache - and were confronted by an enormous SPIDER which crawled out her ear. Lekshmi L, 49, woke up from an afternoon nap on her veranda with a "slight discomfort" and tingling sensation in her right ear. Suspecting an obstruction, she tried to dig around in her ear with her finger and asked her daughter to look inside using a torch. But when she developed an excruciating pain in her head her husband rushed her to Columbia Asia Hospital in Hebbal, India, where doctors spotted a LIVE spider.
Furious Nicole Langmead, 24, was enjoying a meal at the fast food branch when her four-year-old daughter Kaya used the loo while she waited outside. But several minutes later the youngster emerged from the ground floor cubicle in agony saying she had been stuck on the seat. Nicole found a strong clear adhesive - believed to be superglue - had been smeared over the seat which had ripped some skin off of Kaya's legs. Police are investigating and want to talk to two teenage girls who were came out of the cubicle in Exeter, Devon, just before Kaya went in.

Simon Smith, 53, was thrown down the street when the runaway double decker careered onto the pavement and ploughed straight into him. Star the duck and his owner Barry Hayman with a pint of ale at The Old Courthouse Inn in Chulmleigh, North Devon. Star has developed a taste for Ale and he is often seen drinking at the pub. Regular Barrie Hayman pops down to his local for a quack one - with Star the duck. Barrie, 67, adopted the Indian Runner Duck two years ago when he found him orphaned just days old. Star now accompanies him to the shops and waits patiently in the foyer of his local Tesco as he gets his groceries. And when Barrie fancies a pint at the Old Court House Inn in Devon the duck goes with him - and enjoys a sip of beer. Barrie, 67, said: ''He just won't leave me and so now we go everywhere together. ''I've not trained him to follow me, he just seems to like it and he is one fantastic duck - I've never known any like it before. ''He just won't mix at all with the other ducks and became distressed when I tried to put him with them."

But despite being shot out of the air, the bird managed to recover shortly before hitting the ground and fly to safety. Referee Euan Anderson was forced to stop play and award a drop ball in order to get the game going again. Greatest hits album
A greatest hits album, sometimes called a "best of" album or a catalog album, is a compilation of songs by a particular artist or band. Most often the track list contains previously released recordings with a high degree of notability. However, to increase the appeal, especially to people who already own the original release, it is common to include remixes and/or alternate takes of popular songs; even new material (previously unreleased). At times a greatest hits compilation is the original release for songs that have themselves been released as a single and charted successfully.
Notable compilations
Madonna's The Immaculate Collection is the best selling greatest hits compilation by a solo artist; all of the songs on it are presented in different versions than the original hit versions. The Eagles' Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) is the best selling greatest hits compilation by a group and also one of the ten best selling albums in history. Greatest hits albums are typically produced after an artist has had enough successful songs to fill out an album release. Some artists, such as Mariah Carey, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Kenny Rogers, Aerosmith, Kiss, U2, Dolly Parton, Journey, Los Tigres del Norte, Queen, Kylie Minogue and Billy Joel, have released multiple greatest hits albums through their long careers. Some greatest hits albums are released only at the end of the artist or group's career. For example, My Chemical Romance released a greatest hits album after they disbanded. And after the yard assistant at Inchcoonan Equestrian in Errol, Perthshire, uploaded the video to Facebook, it has racked up almost 10,000 views. In the near-30-second video, the 30ft high twister can be seen spinning its way across the stable yard before fading away as it nears the building. Rebecca, from Dundee, couldn't believe her luck after filming the phenomenon on Saturday morning and described it as being like "something from the Wizard of Oz" -

The unique marking in the profile of another horse runs up his left flank and neck and merges seamlessly from white to black into his mane. The pattern is such a work of art the foal's owners have called him DaVinci, or Vinny for short. He was born at the start of May at Flying Hall riding school at Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorks. Wendy Bulmer, who runs the riding school, said: "I bought his mother at a sale and didn't know she was in foal so that was a bit of a surprise. "I wasn't very happy at first but he is so friendly and the kids love him. "The chestnut horses have irregular patches but they don't normally make something as recognisable. "He's even got a little white heart shape on his bottom as well." -

A runaway pet pig that thinks she's a sheep has set up home with the fleecy flock next door – evading capture for almost two weeks. Little Babe fled from her new home in Twynholm, Dumfriesshire just moments after her owners' trailer parked up at the smallholding they've just moved to.

Foal Born With It's Own Perfect White Shadow.
The unique marking in the profile of another horse runs up his left flank and neck and merges seamlessly from white to black into his mane. The pattern is such a work of art the foal's owners have called him DaVinci, or Vinny for short. He was born at the start of May at Flying Hall riding school at Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorks. Wendy Bulmer, who runs the riding school, said: "I bought his mother at a sale and didn't know she was in foal so that was a bit of a surprise. "I wasn't very happy at first but he is so friendly and the kids love him. "The chestnut horses have irregular patches but they don't normally make something as recognisable. "He's even got a little white heart shape on his bottom as well."
