A body plan (also written bodyplan), Bauplan (German plural Baupläne), or ground plan is "an assemblage of morphological features shared among many members of a phylum-level group". The vertebrate body plan is one of many: invertebrates consist of many phyla.
This term, usually applied to animals, envisages a "blueprint" encompassing aspects such as symmetry, segmentation and limb disposition.
Body plans have historically been considered to have evolved in a flash in the Cambrian explosion, but a more nuanced understanding of animal evolution suggests the gradual development of body plans throughout the early Palaeozoic.
The history of the discovery of body plans can be seen as a movement from a worldview centred on the vertebrates, to seeing the vertebrates as one body plan among many. Among the pioneering zoologists, Linnaeus identified two body plans outside the vertebrates; Cuvier identified three; and Haeckel had four, as well as the Protista with eight more, for a total of twelve. For comparison, the number of phyla recognised by modern zoologists has risen to 35.

A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with timing and resources, used to achieve an objective. See also strategy. It is commonly understood as a temporal set of intended actions through which one expects to achieve a goal. For spatial or planar topologic or topographic sets see map.
Plans can be formal or informal:
The most popular ways to describe plans are by their breadth, time frame, and specificity; however, these planning classifications are not independent of one another. For instance, there is a close relationship between the short- and long-term categories and the strategic and operational categories.

Warner Bros. continues its involvement with the program, now being responsible for barter ad sales for Access Hollywood.
Tracy Anderson (born March 3, 1975 in Noblesville, Indiana, United States) is an American multi-platform fitness/wellness entrepreneur and author. She is best known for her Tracy Anderson Method, with clients including Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Courteney Cox, Shakira, Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal, Ashley Greene, Jennifer Lopez, and Bethenny Frankel.
The daughter of dance instructor Diana Ephlin, Anderson trained in dance from an early age in Noblesville, Indiana. She initially hoped to become a professional dancer in New York City. After a 40 lb. weight gain during her first year in New York, Anderson switched her focus to weight loss/fitness training as a career. Anderson has gym locations in Los Angeles, New York City, The Hamptons, and London and has a DVD collection for at-home training.
She has launched a pregnancy workout DVD collection aimed at women in the pre-and-postnatal periods.

i have a confession.. I confess i let go while i was on holiday. I was suppose to stick to my nutrition plan but for 1 a half days i just went... screw it all i want to eat more cake and junk that wouldn't be good for me. I felt the difference of 1 day eating absolute rubbish.. the contents on Sunday was a cinnamon role, 1 waffle, chocolates, jelly, 1 big cookie, 1 big bowl of instant noodles, muruku.. yes thats it. That one day of eating rubbish made a difference cause the following day on Monday, now it makes sense why I was feeling rather drained and my lactic acid built up a lot faster than usual.
