हमेशा से यह कहा जाता रहा हैं कि संत समाज भाजपा के साथ रहता हैं हिन्दू धर्म से जुड़े सभी संत भाजपा सरकार को समर्थन करते हैं लेकिन अब संत समाज भी भाजपा के विरोध करने का मौका नहीं चूक रहा है।देश के सबसे बड़े सूबे उत्तर प्रदेश के मुखिया योगी आदित्यनाथ पर हिंदू महासभाके राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष स्वामी चक्रपाणि ने बड़ा निशाना साधा है।
वादों के पूरा न होने पर संत सभा और हिंदू महासभा के अध्यक्ष स्वामी चक्रपाणि ने सूबे के मुखिया को पीएम मोदी के हाथ की कठपुतली करार दिया है। इसके अलावा यूपी सरकार को विफल बताते हुए झूठे वादे करने बताया है। चक्रपाणि का ऐसा मानना है कि विधानसभा चुनाव में लोगों को सरकार ने अपने वादों से ठग लिया लेकिन अभी तक उन्हे पूरा करने की दिशा में कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया।
स्वामी चक्रपाणि ने एक कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करने के दौरान कहा कि देश में वादे करके लोगों की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाई जा रही है। यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ,प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के हाथों की कठपुतली हैं। दिल्ली से जैसा इशारा किया जाता है उसी को माना जाता है। उनका मानना है कि योगी मोदी के इशारों पर कार्य करते हैं। आज तकभी गायों की सुरक्षा के लिए कोई कानून नहीं बनाया गया।
हिंदू महासभा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने सीधे तौर पर योगी सरकार की कार्यशैली पर सवाल खड़े करते हुए कहा कि जब सीएम के निर्देशों पर 15 जून तक उत्तर प्रदेश में सड़कों के गड्ढे नहीं भरे गए तो कानून व्यवस्था क्या खाक सुधरेगी। प्रदेश में दंगे फसाद हो रहे हैं और वह चुप्पी साधे हैं। संत के रूप में योगी उपयुक्त हैं, लेकिन राजनेता के तौर पर वह विफल साबित हो रहे हैं। भारत पाकिस्तान के संबंधो पर बातचीत करते हुए स्वामी चक्रपाणि ने कहाकि केंद्र सरकार की विदेश नीति दौगली है। एक ओर तो पाकिस्तान को आतंकवादी देश घोषित करने की कोशिश की जाती है, वहीं दूसरी ओर उनके साथ मैच खेला जाता है। योगी और मोदी की सरकारें पूरी तरह फेल हैं।
बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती ने राष्ट्रपति पद के लिए यूपीए की उम्मीदवार मीरा कुमारका समर्थन किया है। उन्होंने प्रेस रिलीज जारी कर कहा कि एनडीए के उम्मीदवार रामनाथ कोविंद को सपोर्ट करने के मसले पर मैंने कहा था कि वो दलित समाज से हैं इसलिए मैं उनका विरोध नहीं कर सकती।
लेकिन वो भाजपा व आरएसएस की विचारधारा से हैं इसलिए उनका कोविंद का हम तभी समर्थन करेंगे जब विपक्ष भी कोई दलित उम्मीदवार न उतारे।
मायावती ने कहा कि मीरा कुमार, रामनाथ कोविंद से अधिक काबिल व लोकप्रिय हैं। इसलिए बसपा यूपीए उम्मीदवार को अपना समर्थन घोषित करती है।

यूपी की योगी सरकार को शुक्रवारको एक बार फिर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने यूपी सरकार के फैसले को पलटते हुए वक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए सभी छह सदस्यों को बहाल कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति राजन रॉय और न्यायमूर्ति एस एन अग्निहोत्री की अवकाशकालीन पीठ में शियावक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए छह मनोनीत सदस्यों की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि हटाए गए सदस्यों को अपने खिलाफ कार्रवाई से पहले सफाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया, मगरवक्फ अधिनियम 1995 के तहत उन्हें मौका दिया जाना जरूरी था। हालांकि कोर्ट ने सरकार को यह छूट दी है कि वह कानून के मुताबिक नए सिरे से कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी
बता दें कि शिया व सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड में सम्पत्ति को लेकर अनियमितता व घोटाले की आशंका के मद्देनजर यूपी सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी और बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों को हटा दिया था। शिया वक्फ बोर्ड में 10 सदस्य हैं। इनमें से छह सदस्यअखिलेश यादव सरकार ने नामित किए थे। गौरतलब है कि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने गत 16 जून को शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों अख्तर हसन रिजवी, सैयद अलीहैदर, अशफाक जैदी, मौलाना अजीम हुसैन जैदी, आलिमा जैदी तथा नजमुल हसन रिजवी को संपत्तियों में अनियमितता तथा धांधली के आरोप में हटा दिया था।

यूपी की योगी सरकार को शुक्रवारको एक बार फिर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने यूपी सरकार के फैसले को पलटते हुए वक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए सभी छह सदस्यों को बहाल कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति राजन रॉय और न्यायमूर्ति एस एन अग्निहोत्री की अवकाशकालीन पीठ में शियावक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए छह मनोनीत सदस्यों की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि हटाए गए सदस्यों को अपने खिलाफ कार्रवाई से पहले सफाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया, मगरवक्फ अधिनियम 1995 के तहत उन्हें मौका दिया जाना जरूरी था। हालांकि कोर्ट ने सरकार को यह छूट दी है कि वह कानून के मुताबिक नए सिरे से कार्रवाई कर सकती है। सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी बता दें कि शिया व सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड में सम्पत्ति को लेकर अनियमितता व घोटाले की आशंका के मद्देनजर यूपी सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी और बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों को हटा दिया था। शिया वक्फ बोर्ड में 10 सदस्य हैं। इनमें से छह सदस्यअखिलेश यादव सरकार ने नामित किए थे। गौरतलब है कि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने गत 16 जून को शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों अख्तर हसन रिजवी, सैयद अलीहैदर, अशफाक जैदी, मौलाना अजीम हुसैन जैदी, आलिमा जैदी तथा नजमुल हसन रिजवी को संपत्तियों में अनियमितता तथा धांधली के आरोप में हटा दिया था। अख्तर हसन रिजवी अशफाक जैदी न्यायमूर्ति एस एन अग्निहोत्री मौलाना अजीम हुसैन जैदी योगी सरकार लखनऊ बेंच वक्फ बोर्ड सैयद अली हैदर हाईकोर्ट 2017-06-24 -

बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती ने राष्ट्रपति पद के लिए यूपीए की उम्मीदवार मीरा कुमारका समर्थन किया है। उन्होंने प्रेस रिलीज जारी कर कहा कि एनडीए के उम्मीदवार रामनाथ कोविंद को सपोर्ट करने के मसले पर मैंने कहा था कि वो दलित समाज से हैं इसलिए मैं उनका विरोध नहीं कर सकती।
लेकिन वो भाजपा व आरएसएस की विचारधारा से हैं इसलिए उनका कोविंद का हम तभी समर्थन करेंगे जब विपक्ष भी कोई दलित उम्मीदवार न उतारे।

यूपी की योगी सरकार को शुक्रवारको एक बार फिर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने यूपी सरकार के फैसले को पलटते हुए वक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए सभी छह सदस्यों को बहाल कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति राजन रॉय और न्यायमूर्ति एस एन अग्निहोत्री की अवकाशकालीन पीठ में शियावक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए छह मनोनीत सदस्यों की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि हटाए गए सदस्यों को अपने खिलाफ कार्रवाई से पहले सफाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया, मगरवक्फ अधिनियम 1995 के तहत उन्हें मौका दिया जाना जरूरी था। हालांकि कोर्ट ने सरकार को यह छूट दी है कि वह कानून के मुताबिक नए सिरे से कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी
बता दें कि शिया व सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड में सम्पत्ति को लेकर अनियमितता व घोटाले की आशंका के मद्देनजर यूपी सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी और बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों को हटा दिया था। शिया वक्फ बोर्ड में 10 सदस्य हैं। इनमें से छह सदस्यअखिलेश यादव सरकार ने नामित किए थे। गौरतलब है कि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने गत 16 जून को शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों अख्तर हसन रिजवी, सैयद अलीहैदर, अशफाक जैदी, मौलाना अजीम हुसैन जैदी, आलिमा जैदी तथा नजमुल हसन रिजवी को संपत्तियों में अनियमितता तथा धांधली के आरोप में हटा दिया था।

यूपी की योगी सरकार को शुक्रवारको एक बार फिर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने यूपी सरकार के फैसले को पलटते हुए वक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए सभी छह सदस्यों को बहाल कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति राजन रॉय और न्यायमूर्ति एस एन अग्निहोत्री की अवकाशकालीन पीठ में शियावक्फ बोर्ड के हटाए गए छह मनोनीत सदस्यों की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि हटाए गए सदस्यों को अपने खिलाफ कार्रवाई से पहले सफाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया, मगरवक्फ अधिनियम 1995 के तहत उन्हें मौका दिया जाना जरूरी था। हालांकि कोर्ट ने सरकार को यह छूट दी है कि वह कानून के मुताबिक नए सिरे से कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी
बता दें कि शिया व सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड में सम्पत्ति को लेकर अनियमितता व घोटाले की आशंका के मद्देनजर यूपी सरकार ने मामले में सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की थी और बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों को हटा दिया था। शिया वक्फ बोर्ड में 10 सदस्य हैं। इनमें से छह सदस्यअखिलेश यादव सरकार ने नामित किए थे। गौरतलब है कि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने गत 16 जून को शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के छह सदस्यों अख्तर हसन रिजवी, सैयद अलीहैदर, अशफाक जैदी, मौलाना अजीम हुसैन जैदी, आलिमा जैदी तथा नजमुल हसन रिजवी को संपत्तियों में अनियमितता तथा धांधली के आरोप में हटा दिया था।
