Siouxsie Sioux (/ˈsuːziː suː/, born Susan Janet Ballion; 27 May 1957) is an English singer, songwriter, musician and producer. She is best known as the lead singer of the alternative rock band Siouxsie and the Banshees (1976–1996) and the drums-and-voice duo The Creatures (1981–2005). Siouxsie and the Banshees released 11 studio albums and several UK Top 20 singles including "Hong Kong Garden", "Happy House", "Peek-a-Boo" plus a US Billboard Top 25 hit "Kiss Them for Me". With The Creatures, Siouxsie recorded four studio albums and the hit single "Right Now". She has also sung with artists such as Morrissey and John Cale. After disbanding The Creatures in the mid-2000s, she continued as a solo artist and released Mantaray in 2007.
Allmusic named Siouxsie as "one of the most influential British singers of the rock era". Her songs have been covered by Jeff Buckley,Tricky and LCD Soundsystem. Her records have also been praised by artists such as PJ Harvey and TV on the Radio. In 2011, she was awarded for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the Q Awards and in 2012, at the Ivor Novello Awards, she received the Inspiration Award.
Siouxsie and the Banshees were an English rock band formed in London in 1976 by vocalist Siouxsie Sioux and bass guitarist Steven Severin. Initially associated with the English punk rock scene, the band rapidly evolved to create "a form of post-punk discord full of daring rhythmic and sonic experimentation".The Times cited Siouxsie and the Banshees as "one of the most audacious and uncompromising musical adventurers of the post-punk era."
With the release of Juju in 1981, the group also became an important influence on the emerging gothic rock scene. They disbanded in 1996, with Siouxsie and drummer Budgie continuing to record music as The Creatures, a second band they had formed in the early 1980s. In 2004, Siouxsie began a solo career.

"Happy House" is a song by English post-punk band Siouxsie and the Banshees. The song was written by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin and was released in 1980 by record label Polydor as the first single from the band's third album, Kaleidoscope.
"Happy House" and the Kaleidoscope album marked a change in musical direction for Siouxsie and the Banshees due to the arrival of two new musicians: drummer Budgie, previously of The Slits, and guitarist John McGeoch, previously of Magazine.
Budgie, who was interested in African polyrhythms, used a reggae vibe on the song, while McGeoch played both atmospheric and edgy guitars. Siouxsie stated that the band almost invented a new sound with this single: it was "Banshees – phase two".
When asked if "Happy House" was a cynical song, Siouxsie replied: "It is sarcastic. In a way, like television, all the media, it is like adverts, the perfect family whereas it is more common that husbands beat their wives. There are mental families really but the projection is everyone smiling, blond hair, sunshine, eating butter without being fat and everyone perfect".
Graham William Walker (born 4 April 1963), better known by the stage name Graham Norton, is an Irish television and radio presenter, comedian, and actor based in the United Kingdom. He is a five-time BAFTA TV Award winner for his comedy chat show The Graham Norton Show. Previously shown on BBC Two, it took the prestigious Friday night slot on BBC One from Jonathan Ross in 2010. He also presents on BBC Radio 2 and is the BBC television commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest, which led Hot Press to describe him as "the 21st century's answer to Terry Wogan". Norton is known for his innuendo-laden dialogue and flamboyant presentation style. In 2012, he sold his production company, So Television, to ITV for around £17 million.
Norton was born in Clondalkin, a suburb of Dublin, but grew up in Bandon, County Cork, Ireland. His family are Protestant. His father's family were from County Wicklow, while his mother was from Belfast. He was educated at Bandon Grammar School, in West Cork, and then University College, Cork (U.C.C.), where he spent two years studying English and French in the 1980s but did not complete his studies. In June 2013 he received an honorary doctorate from University College Cork; he occasionally mentions this in order to win on-air arguments on his BBC Radio 2 show.

Siouxsie Sioux was invited to Graham Norton's program and the d!ckhead didn't please her desire to see kittens there. It is not very enjoyable to see our Ice Queen being treated like that. Siouxsie's presence makes it worth a watch. Enjoy. Video originally from "Erasercuts" thanks! PS. I appreciate all the supportive comments and I can see both sides (I really do). I heard a lot about them being friends and all, but there is something really odd about this interview. I think he over-did-it a little trying to make people laugh. I am sure Siouxsie was being an awesome sport about this. Just please don't assume the "negative" comments below against Graham Norton are all homophobic, as I love gays very much (I am sure most people who love Siouxsie would NOT be homophobic). (Lollapalooza) Lyrics: In the sharp gust of love My memory stirred When time wreathed a rose A garland of shame Its thorn my only delight War torn, afraid to speak We dare to breathe Majestic Imperial A bridge of sighs Solitude sails In a wave of forgiveness On angels' wings Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart At the close of day The sunset cloaks These words in shadowplay Here and now, long and loud My heart cries out And the naked bone of an echo says Don't walk away Reach out your hands I'm just a step away How in ...

This is my favorite album by my favorite band. Not only am I impressed by the masterful quality to this music, but I am moved by it's timelessness, overall fluidity and cohesion. With all due respect, the public should be able to learn and adapt to the musicality and production of this grandeur. *This is not the extended 13-song version of the album* You can learn more about the album and cover photograph from http://www.discogs.com/Siouxsie-The-Banshees-Tinderbox/re...
The full A Kiss in the Dreamhouse album by Siouxsie and the Banshees, I would definitely consider this release my favorite of theirs, of course Juju and Kaleidoscope and The Scream were good too, but I'd have to give it to this one here. Last album with McGeoch and they haven't been able to find another guitarist remotely as good before or since him. R.I.P. John McGeoch Track Listing: 1. Cascade 0:00 2. Green Fingers 4:25 3. Play at home special present - Siouxsie & the banshees. This is great. Really something awsome strange madness from the early 80's. Segment from Toronto television show The New Music. Around the 1987 release of Tinder Box. Great interview segment where Siouxsie and Budgie postulate about the power of thier music to cause world havoc. She also smokes a fag. Interview was filmed in the revolving restaurant at the top of Toronto's CN Tower. Did I mention you get to see Siouxsie looking very hot and smoking a cig mmmmmmmm.
