ANU College (ANUC) is the English Language and academic pathway provider for The Australian National University (ANU). ANU College provide a range of programs designed to help you successfully transition to undergraduate or postgraduate courses at ANU.
English Language Program Pathways
ANU Access English
ANU Access English is a 10-week intensive course with a strong focus on Academic English.
Student musts have an overall IELTS 6.0 (with no band less than 5.5) or an overall TOEFL IBT 68 with a minimum of 18 in writing to enrol for the ANU Access English course.

Academic English Preparation
The Academic English Preparation (AEP) program is available to students at intermediate level and above. This course focuses on the English skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Students must have an IELTS of 4.5 (minimum 4.0 in each band)

Academic Program Pathways
ANU Diplomas
The ANU Diploma is designed as a customised pathway to university program. It is aimed at students how have completed high school, but have not achieved the required grades for direct entry or need further English Language training.
The ANU Diploma of Computing is designed for students who are interested in studying a Bachelor of Information Technology at ANU.
The ANU Diploma Liberal of Studies is designed for students who are interested in studying a Bachelor of Arts at ANU.
The ANU Diploma of Music prepares students with the skills and knowledge required to progress into the second year of a Bachelor of Music at ANU.
The ANU Diploma of Creative Design prepares students with the skills and knowledge required to progress into the second year of a Bachelor of Design at ANU.

ANU Express
The ANU Express program is offered by ANU, and taught at ANU College. The program is a one semester (17 weeks) pathway into ANU. By successfully completing ANU Express, you will gain entry to ANU as long as the grade point average set by ANU for your Bachelor degree program

Foundation Studies
The ANU College Foundation Studies has been designed to provide students with the appropriate academic preparation for their intended ANU degree program. Upon completion, and subject to meeting ANU entry requirements, acceptance into the student's chosen undergraduate degree program is guaranteed.
