This page provides links to online contact forms and contact lists, and links to other information that might be useful.

All messages are read and we value your feedback about our programs and services.  Due to the volume and variety of messages we receive, we are unable to respond to all individually.  We take a proportionate approach which prioritises more serious matters.

Details of the messages and suggestions you send using our online forms are published on our audience contact log, which is available to all staff.  Your name and contact details will not be published.

Editorial complaints

The ABC takes complaints about its editorial performance very seriously.  We have established a specialist complaint-handling team, Audience and Consumer Affairs, which is separate to and independent of content making areas within the ABC.  Audience and Consumer Affairs reviews and, where appropriate, investigates written complaints alleging that ABC content has breached the ABC’s editorial standards.

If your complaint is about a specific program or story, you will need to tell us where and when you saw or heard it.
