The 2013-14 Financial Report for the State of Victoria presents the consolidated financial outcome for the State of Victoria.

The 2013-14 fire season in Victoria was one of significance, challenging both emergency management organisations and communities. Among 78 significant fires were the Goongerah-Deddick Trail and the Mt Ray-Boundary Track fires in East Gippsland.

The 2014-15 Financial Report (incorporating Quarterly Financial Report No 4) for the State of Victoria presents the consolidated financial outcome for the State of Victoria.

Victorian livestock farm profitability increased from 2013/14 to 2014/15 according to the latest Livestock Farm Monitor report. Average return on assets increased from 1.8% in 2013/14 to 2.1% in 2014/15. Additionally, gross farm income increased from $569/ha to $633/ha, return on equity increased from 0.6% to 1.5% and earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) increased from $42/ha to $133/ha.

The 2014-15 Mid-Year Financial Report presents the financial results for the State of Victoria, including the general government sector, for the six months to 31 December 2014.

The Victorian Ombudsman's annual report was tabled on 7 October 2015.

The Ombudsman's annual report for 2014–15 shows approaches from the public increased to 38,980 in the financial year, of which 92 per cent were dealt with within 30 days. The office completed 3,256 formal enquiries and investigations, over 500 more than last year.

Racing Integrity Commissioner's Final Report into Live Baiting in Greyhound Racing in Victoria released 11 June 2015.

The report was tabled in Parliament on 17 September 2015. It makes 52 recommendations to strengthen human rights culture and make the Charter more accessible, effective and practical.
