This is my first attempt at casting and analyzing a game and putting it out there for the public. I want to stress right off the bat that I realize it's lacking in a lot of ways (clarity and speed of speech, map awareness, camera control to name just a few) and I am going to be working on those. It's also completely unedited, and I suspect that the ranting on at the end is probably not terribly interesting so I'll work on keeping that short, sharp and to the point. I'm also open to suggestions about the format in general, because I only did a full replay + analysis because that seemed like the easiest option. I procrastinated uploading anything for a long time for various reasons, and eventually decided I just had to start uploading stuff to get feedback, no matter how unhappy I was with the result. So with that in mind, criticism (especially constructive criticism!) is welcomed and expected. I'm going to keep at this for a little while at least, and I'm very much happy to hear about any way I can improve at it. This was an awesome game - watching SV mid, HSGG jungle, and daydreamin just generally being a boss. Getting to see one of my favourite toplaners (voyboy) against one of my favourite ad carries (aphromoo) was just icing on the cake. As I mentioned in the video, this is ultimately aimed towards me becoming a better caster, but I'm very interested in being able to provide an additional source for improving theory in league, or at least promoting discussion about the theory because I think sometimes it's neglected in favor of grinding out solo queue games. About me:I am 20 years old and live in New Zealand. I'm a 1500-1600 ish elo player with not many games played in ranked(so my 'true' elo could actually be like 900 or something), so I'm not a pro by any means! With that said, I've watched the game all the time over most of the last year or so, and figured I could try and give something back to the community and improve myself while I do it. I was super caffeinated and nervous for this video, as well as fairly tired and a little hoarse, and I don't think any of those things added to my performance.. Also, I regret picking this date, as we just today listened to some extraordinary casters for the solomid.net NA invitational (wombat's voice is way too sexy - no homo) and they make me look bad by comparison.
