Makati (/məˈkɑːti/ mə-KAH-tee Tagalog pronunciation: [maˈkati]), officially the City of Makati (Filipino: Lungsod ng Makati), in the Philippines, is one of the sixteen cities that make up Metro Manila. Makati is located within the circle of 14′40″ °north and 121′3″ °E right at the center of Metro Manila.
Makati is the financial center of the Philippines; it has the highest concentration of multinational and local corporations in the country. Major banks, corporations, department stores as well as foreign embassies are based in Makati. The biggest trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange is situated along the city's Ayala Avenue. Makati is also known for being a major cultural and entertainment hub in Metro Manila.
With a population of 529,039 Makati is the 16th-largest city in the country and ranked as the 41st most densely populated city in the world with 19,336 inhabitants per square kilometer. Although its population is just half a million, the daytime population of the city is estimated to be more than one million during a typical working day because of the large number of people who go to the city to work, shop, and do business.
Metropolitan Manila (Filipino: Kalakhang Maynila, Kamaynilaan), commonly known as Metro Manila, the National Capital Region (NCR) of the Philippines, is the seat of government and the most populous region of the country which is composed of Manila, the capital city of the country, Quezon City, the country's most populous city, the Municipality of Pateros, and the cities of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela.
The National Capital Region has a population of 7007118559750000000♠11,855,975, making it the most populous region in the Philippines, as well as the 7th most populous metropolitan area in Asia. Its total urban area, referring to its continuous urban expansion into the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Batangas has a population of 7007241230000000000♠24,123,000, making it the 3rd most populous urban area in the world.
The region is the center of culture, economy, education, and government of the Philippines. NCR is one of the 12 defined metropolitan areas in the Philippines according to the National Economic and Development Authority. Designated as a global power city, NCR exerts a significant impact on commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment, both locally and internationally. It is the home to all the consulates and embassies in the Philippines, thereby making it an important center for international diplomacy in the country.
The Ayala Center is a major commercial development operated by Ayala Land located in the Makati Central Business District in Metro Manila, Philippines. The center is now a premier shopping and cultural district in the metropolis because of its wide array of shopping, entertainment and cultural offerings.
The Ayala Center is a recreational, shopping, dining, and entertainment development located in the heart of Makati. Its location places it virtually at the heart of the country's commercial and business center. It is bounded by Ayala Avenue on the east, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) on the south, Arnaiz Avenue on the west, and to north by Legazpi Street and Paseo de Roxas. The Ayala MRT Station of the MRT Line 3 serves the area. The development originally started with a number of separate shopping arcades and Greenbelt Park before expanding to cover over 50 hectares{of facilities. Today the complex now includes several malls, each with its own shopping and restaurant arcades and cinemas; three department stores, a number of hotels; and the Ayala Museum, showcasing exhibits on Philippine history and art.
A city is a large and permanent human settlement. Although there is no agreement on how a city is distinguished from a town in general English language meanings, many cities have a particular administrative, legal, or historical status based on local law.
Cities generally have complex systems for sanitation, utilities, land usage, housing, and transportation. The concentration of development greatly facilitates interaction between people and businesses, benefiting both parties in the process, but it also presents challenges to managing urban growth.
A big city or metropolis usually has associated suburbs and exurbs. Such cities are usually associated with metropolitan areas and urban areas, creating numerous business commuters traveling to urban centers for employment. Once a city expands far enough to reach another city, this region can be deemed a conurbation or megalopolis. In terms of population, the largest city proper is Shanghai, while the fastest-growing is Dubai.
There is not enough evidence to assert what conditions gave rise to the first cities. Some theorists have speculated on what they consider suitable pre-conditions and basic mechanisms that might have been important driving forces.
GMA News and Public Affairs (commonly GMA News; formerly RBS News Department, GMA Radio-Television News and GMA Rainbow Satellite News) is the news and public affairs programming division of the media conglomerate, GMA Network Inc.
It produces news, public affairs, infotainment, and lately, entertainment programs for all GMA Network and GMA News TV owned and affiliated television and radio stations in the Philippines, and internationally through GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV and GMA News TV International. GMA News and Public Affairs is currently headed by Marissa Flores. It is headquartered at the Ground Floor of GMA Network Center in Quezon City.
The GMA News division traces its origin from the Republic Broadcasting System, established by Robert Stewart in 1959. Programming of its radio station, DZBB depended on mostly news reports. The station covered the eruption of Mt. Hibok-Hibok in 1951 and the election and death of the Former President Ramon Magsaysay. While RBS Channel 7 was established in 1961, it was in the 1970s that GMA became one of the most-watched television news source in the country. In 1983, Channel 7 was the first to break the news of Ninoy Aquino's death and later would be the only television station to broadcast his funeral. The channel also became the first station to broadcast the Ramos-Enrile break-away that led to the People Power Revolution (otherwise known as EDSA Revolution).

[Dolla] (Speech)
Yeah! Hey what up girl, how you doin',
Here's a celebration you wanna talk about,
So all you need to do is put your bottles up,
And your glasses in the air
(Chorus)
Let's make a toast.
We ain't never going back to being broke
Every day stay stacking up the dough
Let's make a toast (Woaaah oh) (Let's make a toast)
Yeeeeah, Let's make a toast
Let's make a toast
How she poppin' when she drop it down low
I just whisper in her ear [Do it slow]
Let's make a toast (Woaaah oh) (Let's make a toast)
Yeeeeah
Let's make a toast
[Dolla verse 1]
We gettin' paper like a billy goat
Remember being really broke?
You should see my safe, boy, that thing look like a jewelry store
Money grow like Chia Pets, I just gotta get it wet
Stretch it out like spandex
We don't rent apartments
We gon' buy the complex bein' broke is nonsense
I don't get the concept but understand the context
Money on my conscience money on my mind
100,000 on the watch
Who said you cant buy time?
(Chorus)
Let's make a toast.
We ain't never going back to being broke
Every day stay stacking up the dough
Let's make a toast (Woaaah oh) (Let's make a toast)
Yeeeeah, Let's make a toast
Let's make a toast
How she poppin' when she drop it down low
I just whisper in her ear [Do it slow]
Let's make a toast (Woaaah oh) (Let's make a toast)
Yeeeeah
Let's make a toast
[Dolla verse 2]
Let's make a toast cuz we gettin' it, and we already got it,
If you can't see me now, wait 'til I stand on ma wallet,
If money is a topic, you consider me in,
I get that guaranteed money 'fore the season begin,
We can fly in any weather, touch the season we in,
That's winter, summer, spring, fall,
And we get it again, let's make a toast,
[I forgot, what's the reason again?]
[Oh we got Pablo at the bar and he be sneaking 'em in]
That's why she leaving her man,
It's just me and a friend,
I told her meet me at the telly, I could teach you to bend,
Keep on playing wit' them losers, I could teach you to win,
20 bottles of the Spade, I could teach you to spend.
(Chorus)
Let's make a toast.
We ain't never going back to being broke
Every day stay stacking up the dough
Let's make a toast (Woaaah oh) (Let's make a toast)
