R.B.I. Baseball 17

Compared to today's games, this game is way behind the times. But if you grew up with the original Nintendo and arcade games, you may enjoy this games simplicity.... I do, how ever. Wish Xbox would find a game designer to develop a baseball game that could rival the EA Sports games of today. Or just get EA to come out with one.

Owner of RBI 15,16, and now '17. The game crashes and the fielding is bugged with your players randomly diving and missing routine plays. Very disappointing release. Buyer beware. The classic feel is great but give us a finished game that WORKS!

The gameplay is to simple. It reminds me of baseball for the old Odyssey game system with better graphics. I wish they had more baseball games available because this just doesn't cut it.

Don't love it,don't hate it either. Better than expected but we still need a great MLB game 4 the Xbox like The Show for the PS4. This is fun if you are into Nintendo style arcade baseball, but it's all that is offered, we need more.

Judging only by gameplay and graphics, welcome to 1984! It's worth $0.99, but since Microsoft won't give us a good MLB game, this is it...unfortunately.

Wish there were more options for baseball. This game limits what you can actualy do way to much. Not realistic at all. Would not recommend. Wish could get money back.

I bought this game because I'm thirsty for baseball....but for the 4th straight year, RBI has not quenched this thirst. I recommend buying a PS4 and The Show. That would be better money spent than the $20 for this. Don't be me. Learn from my mistakes.

If you're a big baseball freak or you really want to play with youre favorite team, get the game. I love playing with my Cubs on here. But, they desperately need to improve the gameplay. Hitting is fine, fielding is ok but you can't dive on your own its automatic. Everyone has a cannon of an arm which is odd. What frustrates all of us is the pitching. You can only throw a fastball, a good curveball, and some **** pitch that shakes in mid air and will occasionally hit the ground. But thats it, not to mention the max. velocity is 100 mph and you can move your pitch in mid air which is stupid. Playoff and season mode is trash. Ballparks do look legit. Now, that was based off the past 2 RBI games. Maybe this will improve, but nothing has changed since 2015. The only reason why I buy this game is so I can play with the Cubbies. But if there are little to no changes on this game, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I hope this helps. UPDATE: After playing this one, its the exact same from before.

Literally a slightly better looking Ken Griffey Jr game....from 94. XBOX once again disappoints with not having a real baseball game. Same reason I bought a PS3 years ago. Sony can have my money. Glad I only rented this.
