The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), an outfit of fundamentalist Sunni group of Indian Islamists that primarily represents Deobandi sect of Sunni Muslims was formed only to protect Muslim Personal Laws rigidly on the basis of Sharia.
