Like most websites thees days, Flox.io collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Flox.io’s purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how Flox.io’s visitors use the service. From time to time, Flox.io may release this information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Flox.io also collects potentially identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Flox.io does not use such information to identify visitors, and does not disclose such information other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Some visitors to Flox.io (and it’s associated websites) choose to interact with Flox.io in ways that require Flox.io to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Flox.io gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who use our support forums to provide a username and email address. In each case, Flox.io collects such information only insofar as is necessary and appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Flox.io. Flox.io may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Flox.io may reveal membership statistics, network visits, sales numbers, volume of new posts, etc… Flox.io does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
