T/I: 10:00:30 Cambodia's health care system is grossly inadequate to cope with the demands of a population of 10-million people according to local and foreign doctors working in the country's hospitals. Due to the current plight of medical care, the Sihanouk Hospital Centre of HOPE was established. Medical care is free and the local staff are committed because salaries are much higher.
