Shane had decided to take a decidedly deadly approach to the annual Year 12 Formal, and the crowd obviously appreciated his sense of tradition. Shane and Shajuana’s appearance at the end of an hour-long parade of vehicles capped off a stylish display as the Class Of 2015 made its way indoors for an evening that marked the end of...
Created by Samuel Kemp and Racquel Toomey. :) A huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped to create this video. Special thanks to Miss K who helped to organize everyone during filming, Zali, Myrthe and Iris (ex-Murgon students) and other current students for sending in photos and videos, Ms M for digging through the old stuff for us and Jacob, for the use of his laptop when my laptop decided to have a hissy fit at the most unreasonable time possible. In the end, we finished the video! Even if we finished it only a couple hours before formal began on our last day of school. Once a last minute student, always a last minute student. All the best to the graduating class of 2015! ALL SONGS DO NOT BELONG TO US, CREDIT GOES TO ALL OWN RESPECTED ARTISTS Songs (in order): http://youtu.be...

The movement of livestock using rail was staple activity of most rail systems from earliest times. Livestock, cattle, sheep and pigs were regularly moved by Queensland Rail. This traffic has been somewhat reduced in both scope and volumes over time and today, only cattle are moved by rail. One destination in for cattle loading was Murgon in South East Queensland. Located on the Kingaroy Branch. The local meatworks received weekly trains conveying cattle from northern and western Queensland loading points . This production captures a small insight into one such working back in the late 1990's. The domain of light line locomotives, 1720 Class locomotives were the only locomotives left on the power roster by the time these scenes were captured. The Kingaroy officially closed in 2008 but...

My name's Michael and I'm the Marketing Manager for Wild Frontiers. I'm here at the magnificent site of Persepolis in Iran. I've been in Iran for two weeks now and so far I've been enchanted by this fascinating country. CITIES The capital Tehran is most people's starting point, and in this busy city you can see ostentatious ornaments from the royal household in the crown jewels museum, and wander around the Shah's old residence, Golestan Palace. Just north of Tehran you can visit the Elburz Mountains for skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer. But the real highlights lie elsewhere. In the off-the-beaten-track city of Yazd you'll find a cityscape dotted with the ingenious wind tunnels -- which could be described as the world's first air-conditioning system - the ancient Zoroastria...

Along the heavy deserted shores the twilight unfolds full pride
Black deep waters submit the grip of tide
Carry dragonships in front of thee in a deepred shady light
Comes from foreign shores a sea spread open and wide
Ships of fog with burning sails, a fleet of an requiem raise
Hear the elegy of sea-gulls, hear like ravens cry
Carry mens of virtue, kings and heroes in honour
Proud and might, inflame a fire, sing a farewell and take their soul up high
Up high stars fall, far the ravens call
Shout for ships dressed with fire to heavens wide halls
Fay behind crows eyes, woman of snow and ice
Under the roofs of Valhalla were warriors stand tall
Ships of fog with burning sails, a fleet of an requiem raise
Hear the elegy of sea-gulls, hear like ravens cry
Carry mens of virtue, kings and heroes in honour
Proud and might, inflame a fire, sing a farewell and take their soul up high
