Joseph Stalin was one of the most influential and controversial political figures of the previous century and existed the undisputed leader of the extremely powerful USSR for over thirty years. There are many questions about him that have yet to be answered with certainty. His admirers call him a great leader who cared for his people and did anything for his country. His haters describe him as a brutal dictator just like Hitler, if not worse. From then on, he induced widespread famines to enforce farm collectives and eliminated perceived enemies through massive purges. In 1953, as Joseph Stalin lay dying, doctors were afraid to even examine him. This harsh leader of the Soviet Union was known to turn on even his closest advisors, sending them to prison to be tried as enemies of the state. Stalin came to power by joining a group of revolutionaries that in 1917 overthrew the Russian Czar, or emperor. They created a Communist government, in which the state controlled all parts of peoples lives. The first leader of the Soviet Union, as it was now called, was Vladimir Lenin. Stalin became one of his aides. When Lenin died in 1924, Stalin took control and ruled the Soviet Union with an iron hand for almost thirty years. In the end an unbelievable twenty million people died from starvation or executions under Stalins rule.

Joseph Stalin
Joseph Stalin (/ˈstɑːlɪn/; birth surname: Jughashvili; 18 December 1878 – 5 March 1953) was the leader of the Soviet Union from the mid-1920s until his death in 1953. Holding the post of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, he was effectively the dictator of the state.
Stalin was one of the seven members of the first Politburo, founded in 1917 in order to manage the Bolshevik Revolution, alongside Lenin, Zinoviev, Kamenev, Trotsky, Sokolnikov and Bubnov. Among the Bolshevik revolutionaries who took part in the Russian Revolution of 1917, Stalin was appointed General Secretary of the party's Central Committee in 1922. He subsequently managed to consolidate power following the 1924 death of Vladimir Lenin by suppressing Lenin's criticisms (in the postscript of his testament) and expanding the functions of his role, all the while eliminating any opposition. He remained general secretary until the post was abolished in 1952, concurrently serving as the Premier of the Soviet Union from 1941 onward.

Puthiya Thalaimurai
Puthiya Thalaimurai (Tamil: புதிய தலைமுறை) is one of the leading Tamil magazines published from Chennai, India by New Generation Media. The magazine mostly publishes articles about education and Tamil Nadu politics. The magazine tries to publish authentic news avoiding rumours. Puthiya Thalaimurai Television started its satellite TV relay on 24 August 2011 and has been successfully broadcasting all its events, acquiring a huge local and international Tamil population as its regular viewers. It is also known for promoting the view of Church when reporting events related to KKNPP, the Sri Lankan Tamil issue, and the Kachatheevu issue. On weekdays, it broadcasts about 25 different programs from 6 a.m. through midnight.
"Agni Paritchai" is a program featuring interviews of popular icons from Tamil Nadu. Agni Paritchai brings contemporary icons from various platforms of society to answer the questions of the interviewer. This program is telecast once a week. The Puthiya Thalaimurai TV is the first Tamil news television channel that started its free live streaming through internet, which allowing access across the state of Tamil Nadu. This channel has as its slogan "Unmai udanukkudan," which means "Truth, immediately." This channel belongs to SRM Group, Chennai .

Puthiya Thalaimurai TV
Puthiya Thalaimurai TV is a Tamil news channel headquartered at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is run by Chennai-based The New Generation Media Corporation, along with Puthiya Thalaimurai Magazine. It is owned by the SRM Group of Companies.
History
Puthiya Thalaimurai TV launched on 24 August 2008. It broadcasts news, discussion, documentary and infotainment programmes.
In November 2011, the channel issued a press release stating it had topped the TAM (Television Audience Measurement) ratings.
Controversies
In March 2015, the Puthiya Thalaimurai office was attacked by a group of men who hurled two bombs into it; there were no casualties in the incident.
Two tiffin-box crude bombs were hurled at the office of Tamil news channel Puthiya Thalaimurai on Thursday morning (12 March 2015). The bombs exploded with a loud noise, but no one was injured nor was any property damaged. This attack was in response to the Puthiya Thalaimurai Channel that had planned to air a debate-programme on the thali or mangalsutra. The Hindu Munnani planned to protest outside the channel’s office against the programme on March 8, following which this attack took place. Activists of the group later attacked the channel crew which was to cover the protest. Ten members of Hindu Munnani were arrested.

Říkají mu „tatíček národů“. V očích celého světa ztělesňuje naději ve spravedlivější společnost. A přesto je tento muž jedním z největších zločinců v dějinách. Francouzský dokument V zimě roku 1924 zemřel vůdce bolševiků, Lenin. Jeho rakev nesou nejvyšší představitelé Sovětského svazu, mezi nimi i 46letý Josif Stalin. Je generálním tajemníkem komunistické strany a stojí poněkud v ústraní, jen málokterý z jeho soudruhů by si dokázal přestavit, že právě on zaujme místo velkého Lenina. A už vůbec by je nenapadlo, že se během deseti let postará o likvidaci téměř všech svých spolupracovníků. V následujících skoro třiceti letech se nesmazatelně vepíše do historie, bude uznávaným a milovaným vůdcem i nemilosrdným diktátorem, který na smrt pošle na 20 milionů lidí. Poslední dny svého života však prožije sám v bolestech, nikdo mu nepřispěchá na pomoc. Dokonce ani jeho vlastní lékaři, kteří se báli, že by je za špatné rozhodnutí mohl dát zastřelit.. Gori – Sovětský diktátor Josif Vissarionovič Džugašvili, všeobecně známý pod přezdívkou Stalin, se do historie nesmazatelně zapsal jako jeden z nejkrutějších tyranů historie a obávaný vůdce Sovětského svazu v jeho nejtužším období. Nejmocnějším mužem Východu se stal v roce 1927 a železnou pěstí mu vládnul do roku 1953, kdy zemřel. Přestože za dobu, kdy stál v čele strany i impéria, zemřely miliony lidí, i 56 let po smrti je tento diktátor v Rusku spíše oslavován než zatracován. Su ideal de estado comunista sin ricos ni pobres, con salud y educación para todos estuvo muy alejado de la realidad. Los Gulags y las hambrunas mostraron al pueblo ruso el lado más oscuro del comunismo. Sus crueles programas de industrialización y colectivización a partir de 1930 y sus campañas de represión política le costaron la vida a más de 20 millones de rusos. La Noche Temática nos acerca a la represión stalinista a través de dos documentales de producción francesa de 2007 : "Stalin, el tirano rojo" y "La Isla de los Caníbales". El 9 de marzo de 1953, Joseph Stalin moría en Moscú. Su funeral fue el de un semidiós. Última ironía de uno de los peores criminales de la historia del siglo XX, que llevó miseria a su pueblo mientras que creaba una admiración colectiva. Durante más de 30 años de gobierno absoluto murieron millones de personas. Con la política de Stalin el nivel de vida descendió. La pobreza de principios de los años 30 era evidente en las calles de Moscú. En sus campos de reeducación por el trabajo, más conocido como el Gulag, encerró a 18 millones de rusos convirtiéndolos en esclavos. Maquiavélico y paranoico, Stalin inventó el juicio político, dónde las condenas se fijaban antes del inicio de la audiencia. It turns out that Stalin served as a Major in the Indian Army. Although a war hero, he had quit the army after a rift with the Colonel (Mukesh Rishi) transfers him to administrative division from the battlefield as a disciplinary action. His family includes mother (Sharada Urvashi) as well as his sister Jhansi (Khushboo), who is not in talking terms with their mother since she got married to a Punjabi. Stalin keeps helping a physically challenged girl Sumati to write her Intermediate examination and her suicide disturbs him. The death occurs as none of the people around her extend help. Then Stalin plans a chain system. The theme works on a principle that everyone should help others and in return they should not seek a mere thanks but tell those who get the help to help three more, with a condition that those who get help from them should also demand the same. Stalin thinks that this chain will develop helping attitude among the people. But, to his dismay, Stalin finds that the chain did not work. On one occasion, Stalin bashes a rich boy, who injured a beggar. This goes in chain reaction and the rich boy employs some goons to attack Stalin. As Stalin disappears from the scene, the goons take Stalin's sister (Khushboo) and friend Chitra (Trisha) into their custody. Stalin reaches the spot and hacks the hand of one goon. That goon happens to be the henchman of an MLA (Pradeep Rawat) who is also the son-in-law of Home Minister Muddu Krishnayya (Prakash Raj). The Home Minister takes it as a prestige issue and tries to eliminate Stalin but loses his son (Riyaz Khan) in the process. When the Chief Minister intervenes to bring in a patch-up, the crooked Muddukrishnayya plans to kill him and implicate Stalin in the murder. But Stalin takes away the injured Paul Matteo and saves him. But, Stalin gets a severe chest pain due to exertion. The reason for the chest pain is a bullet, which remained in his chest, very near to the heart. Stalin sustains the bullet injury in the Kargil war and that was why the Colonel shifts him to administrative department. Finally the truth prevails and the Chief Minister returns to the hospital to visit Stalin, that the help three people concept was his brainchild, which saved him from death in the form of a school girl. Finally, the doctors successfully remove the bullet, in a very delicate surgery. Stalin comes to know that his "help three people" concept worked well and the same theme saved his life in the form of auto driver. He thanks all the people for making his concept a success. -

Stalin came to power by joining a group of revolutionaries that in 1917 overthrew the Russian Czar, or emperor. They created a Communist government, in which the state controlled all parts of peoples lives. The first leader of the Soviet Union, as it was now called, was Vladimir Lenin. Stalin became one of his aides. When Lenin died in 1924, Stalin took control and ruled the Soviet Union with an iron hand for almost thirty years. In the end an unbelievable twenty million people died from starvation or executions under Stalins rule.

V zimě roku 1924 zemřel vůdce bolševiků, Lenin. Jeho rakev nesou nejvyšší představitelé Sovětského svazu, mezi nimi i 46letý Josif Stalin. Je generálním tajemníkem komunistické strany a stojí poněkud v ústraní, jen málokterý z jeho soudruhů by si dokázal přestavit, že právě on zaujme místo velkého Lenina. A už vůbec by je nenapadlo, že se během deseti let postará o likvidaci téměř všech svých spolupracovníků. V následujících skoro třiceti letech se nesmazatelně vepíše do historie, bude uznávaným a milovaným vůdcem i nemilosrdným diktátorem, který na smrt pošle na 20 milionů lidí. En la época de Stalin eran famosos los campos de concentración y los "hospitales psiquiátricos" en donde los opositores políticos eran internados y torturados hasta la locura total o hasta la muerte.
Tras la muerte de Lenin en 1924, Stalin se hizo con el poder de la Unión Soviética. Su ideal de estado comunista sin ricos ni pobres, con salud y educación para todos estuvo muy alejado de la realidad. Los Gulags y las hambrunas mostraron al pueblo ruso el lado más oscuro del comunismo. Sus crueles programas de industrialización y colectivización a partir de 1930 y sus campañas de represión política le costaron la vida a más de 20 millones de rusos.
La Noche Temática nos acerca a la represión stalinista a través de dos documentales de producción francesa de 2007 : "Stalin, el tirano rojo" y "La Isla de los Caníbales".
El 9 de marzo de 1953, Joseph Stalin moría en Moscú. Su funeral fue el de un semidiós. Última ironía de uno de los peores criminales de la historia del siglo XX, que llevó miseria a su pueblo mientras que creaba una admiración colectiva. Durante más de 30 años de gobierno absoluto murieron millones de personas.
Con la política de Stalin el nivel de vida descendió. La pobreza de principios de los años 30 era evidente en las calles de Moscú. En sus campos de reeducación por el trabajo, más conocido como el Gulag, encerró a 18 millones de rusos convirtiéndolos en esclavos. Maquiavélico y paranoico, Stalin inventó el juicio político, dónde las condenas se fijaban antes del inicio de la audiencia. The only mission in Stalin (Chiranjeevi)'s life is to help others and the make the world a better place. It turns out that Stalin served as a Major in the Indian Army. Although a war hero, he had quit the army after a rift with the Colonel (Mukesh Rishi) transfers him to administrative division from the battlefield as a disciplinary action. His family includes mother (Sharada Urvashi) as well as his sister Jhansi (Khushboo), who is not in talking terms with their mother since she got married to a Punjabi. Stalin keeps helping a physically challenged girl Sumati to write her Intermediate examination and her suicide disturbs him. The death occurs as none of the people around her extend help. Then Stalin plans a chain system. The theme works on a principle that everyone should help others and in return they should not seek a mere thanks but tell those who get the help to help three more, with a condition that those who get help from them should also demand the same. Stalin thinks that this chain will develop helping attitude among the people. But, to his dismay, Stalin finds that the chain did not work. On one occasion, Stalin bashes a rich boy, who injured a beggar. This goes in chain reaction and the rich boy employs some goons to attack Stalin. As Stalin disappears from the scene, the goons take Stalin's sister (Khushboo) and friend Chitra (Trisha) into their custody. Stalin reaches the spot and hacks the hand of one goon. That goon happens to be the henchman of an MLA (Pradeep Rawat) who is also the son-in-law of Home Minister Muddu Krishnayya (Prakash Raj). The Home Minister takes it as a prestige issue and tries to eliminate Stalin but loses his son (Riyaz Khan) in the process. When the Chief Minister intervenes to bring in a patch-up, the crooked Muddukrishnayya plans to kill him and implicate Stalin in the murder. But Stalin takes away the injured Paul Matteo and saves him. But, Stalin gets a severe chest pain due to exertion. The reason for the chest pain is a bullet, which remained in his chest, very near to the heart. Stalin sustains the bullet injury in the Kargil war and that was why the Colonel shifts him to administrative department. Finally the truth prevails and the Chief Minister returns to the hospital to visit Stalin, that the help three people concept was his brainchild, which saved him from death in the form of a school girl. Finally, the doctors successfully remove the bullet, in a very delicate surgery. Stalin comes to know that his "help three people" concept worked well and the same theme saved his life in the form of auto driver. He thanks all the people for making his concept a success.

To mark the 98th Anniversary of teh October Revolution - we are re-releasing Stalin's Speech given to Red army troops on their way to fight Hitler's merauding Nazi Invaders on 7 November 1941. Troops marked directly from the Military parade and rally held in Red Square to the Front. Many would give their lives to vanquish the most terrible imperialist force ever assembled in history.
The Speech remains as moving ans inspirig as the day it was first given, a great monument to the incredible sacrifices of the heroic Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War, as they knew the war to defend themselves from Fascism, that the Imperialsit powers call World War Two.
