Originally launched in March 2014, the twin-track EP saw support through John Digweed and Nick Warren and an audience of thousands. Returning to Proton once more, "The Lost Paradise" now takes centre stage with brand new interpretations from Australia and Lithuania's finest producers. From the 'Gold Coast' in western Australia, Rich Curtis has forged an envious reputation as DJ, promoter and in-demand music producer. Responsible for bringing such names as Anthony Pappa and Hernan Cattaneo to his Brisbane hometown, Curtis is not only credited with the first appearance of the Argentinean to club "Ulterior", but also with performing alongside the superstar names of Henry Saiz, Charlie May, Marc Romboy and a host of others. Production work has seen Curtis shine brighter still, and well over a century of production credits tell its own story of rapidly rising success. Since a debut for Cid Inc.'s Replug in 2010, the subsequent years has seen Curtis' work feature on the finest modern labels including Lowbit, Tulipa and FutureForm. Furthermore, 2012's "Open Other End" EP for Cattaneo's Sudbeat label was recently supplemented by an appearance on the Top 10 best-selling "Sudbeats 2" compilation, mixed by Pole Folder. Working his production magic on "The Lost Paradise", the Rich Curtis remix elegantly takes the themes found in the original and transforms them with hypnotic groove and precision detail.
