Revoked Practice Notes

The following practice notes were all revoked on 25 October 2016.
Given the extent of the reforms to the practice documents of the Court, the following table cannot cover exhaustively every element of every previous practice note and where that maybe directly or indirectly contained in the new practice notes. However, the table below clarifies the most significant areas of revocation and the significant components of practice notes carried over into the new practice notes.
A significant portion of the pre-existing practice notes have also been deemed appropriate to be accessible on the updated Court website and therefore may not be contained in any formal new practice note of the Court.
The table below outlines the old practice notes and any relevant new national practice notes that have incorporated the old practice note, either in full or in part.
