Court Sitting Dates

The Court will list proceedings in the original jurisdiction of the Court and applications in those proceedings during the period beginning on the first Monday in February and ending on the last Friday before 23 December in each calendar year.

In 2017, court sittings in the original jurisdiction commence Monday, 6 February and end Friday, 22 December 2017.

In 2018, court sittings in the original jurisdiction commence Monday, 5 February and end Friday, 21 December 2018.
