Rachel Tropea is a researcher and archivist at the University of Melbourne eScholarship Research Centre. She was the National Program Manager of the Find & Connect web resource from its inception in 2011 until February 2016. From 2009-2011, she was a member of the Who Am I? project research team. Rachel is particularly interested in systems and practices that facilitate discovery, understanding and access to information resources among a wide range of people.
