There’s Nothing Anarchist about Eco-Fascism: A Condemnation of ITS

Saturday, May 13th, 2017

“When horror knocks at your door, it’s difficult to hide from. All that can be done is to breathe, gather strength, and face it…. I shared news of the woman found in University City. From the first moment, I was angered and protested the criminalization of the victim. The next morning I woke up to the horror and pain that she was my relative.”
– Statement from the family of Lesvy Rivera to Mexican society

“[W]e take responsibility for the homicide of another human in University City on May 3rd….Much has emerged about that damned thing leaning lifeless on a payphone… ‘that she suffered from alcoholism, that she wasn’t a student, this and that.’ But what does it matter? She’s just another mass, just another damned human who deserved death.”
– 29th Statement of Individualists Tending Toward the Wild (ITS)

Some things shouldn’t have to be said, but as is too often the case in this disaster of a world, that which should be most obvious often gets subsumed to the exigencies of politics, ideologies, money, emotion, or internet clicks. The purpose of this piece is to condemn the recent acts of eco-extremists in Mexico and those who cheer them on from abroad.

This critique does not aspire to alter the behavior of Individualists Tending Toward the Wild (ITS), Individualities Tending Toward the Wild (ITS), Wild Reaction (RS), Indiscriminate Group Tending Toward the Wild (GITS), Eco-extremist Mafia, or whatever they will change their name to tomorrow. Like any other deluded, sociopathic tyrant, these individuals have declared themselves above reproach, critique, reason, or accountability. They have appointed themselves judge, jury, and executioner; the guardians and enforcers of Truth using a romanticized past to justify their actions. As absolutist authoritarians, they have constructed a theoretical framework that, while ever-shifting and inconsistent, somehow always ends with a justification for why they get to hold a knife to the throats of all of humankind. In short, they think and act like the State. (more…)

Explosive Attack Against EXXON (Mexico)

Tuesday, April 25th, 2017

After midnight…

IN RESPONSE to the call for action in solidarity with the anarchists of the Aachen case, on April 16, 2017, at approximately 01:30AM we placed an explosive device that detonated at the facilities of the oil company EXXON in Mexico City, located at North 59, Vallejo Industrial Colony.

EXXON is an oil and chemical corporation based in Texas, USA which constitutes in itself a complete criminal, murderous, genocidal, ecocidal state. It’s long and devastating history has spared no bloodshed with death, torture and exploitation wherever it’s tentacles reach. And then, when the cries of the massacres they cause are silent, they dig the graves with exactly the same machines they use to suck the sweat of the Earth and human beings.

But now it is their turn. Take our offering of hatred and rage! …Because nobody is untouchable! Because we are not intimidated by the heavy silence that you have imposed on your crimes based on fear and violence, and we are not intimidated by the premiere of your Secretary of State… (more…)

Bomb attack against a bank in solidarity with imprisoned comrades in Germany (Mexico)

Monday, April 24th, 2017

Responding to the international call for actions in solidarity with the compañerxs accused of robbery in Aachen, Germany, we placed an explosive device with a little more than one kilo of black powder at a Citibanamex branch located on Eje 10 [in Mexico City] at 2:30am on April 20.

We repeated the action carried out a couple months ago by compañerxs from the Night Cats and Evil Sorcerers Incendiary Cell. Upon seeing they’d rebuilt the branch after the compas’ attack, we decided to help them redecorate it. (more…)

Mexico City: Explosive-incendiary attack in solidarity with the prisoners in Aachen, Germany (Mexico)

Mexico City: Explosive-incendiary attack in solidarity with the prisoners in Aachen

Reasons to fight, we have plenty. We have taken into account the need to act directly against Capital, every time we find more reasons to continue fighting. A few weeks ago for example some comrades were accused of armed robbery in Aachen, Germany; and understanding the bureaucratic process of the ‘legitimate justice’ of the bourgeoisie, they were deprived of freedom. We must not forget, as has already been mentioned in these spaces of diffusion, that expropriation is a just, direct action and part of the history of every revolutionary movement. Emphasizing the slogan: “What crime is it to expropriate or set fire to a bank compared to founding it?” (more…)

‘Tame Words from a Wild Heart’ by Jean Weir (Elephant Editions)

Wednesday, February 1st, 2017

Preamble

Words. Mere Words. The pages that follow are in part transcriptions of the spoken word—‘the wonder worker that is no more’, as Emma Goldman wrote wistfully over one hundred years ago when referring to the inadequacy of the spoken word to awaken thought and shake people out of their lethargy. Here in the twenty-first century anarchists no longer talk about spoken propaganda to awaken the masses, bemoaning the absence of orators such as Johann Most or Luigi Galleani. In rare encounters organized by comrades today ‘the masses’ are noticeably absent, they don’t even enter the equation. Organized meetings or ‘talks’ as they are dully referred to are well-attended if there are 50–100 comrades. But there is no need for panic. Now all but the most disconnected fossilized anarchists have moved beyond aims of a quantitative growth in a hypothetical anarchist movement—where discourses addressed ‘to the masses’ have degenerated into an insulting populism—to the elaboration of ideas and methods addressed towards immediate action and attack on power in all its forms. Numbers have ceased to be important for anarchists as a prerequisite for attack. The illusion of ‘Le Grand Soir’ was a wonderful dream, it kept the flame flickering and thousands of militants waiting in the wings.

No, lack of numbers is no cause for alarm. They are there, the exploited, all around us—are also ‘us’—and could take us by surprise again at any moment (as could we ourselves). In the realm of the quantitative our task is to experiment and spread an insurrectional method for the self-organization of the necessary destruction of power and subjugation. Small groups with intermediate destructive aims based on affinity that can multiply, spread horizontally and coordinate, without limit. The apparent rift between anarchist theory and practice thus disappears along with the false conflict between individual and mass, and not least the conviction that the tenets of anarchism must be espoused by the exploited before they can fight for their own freedom along with that of others. An informal practice of attack leads to freedom revealing itself qualitatively, in leaps and bounds, far from the straight line of quantity, education, progress and waiting. (more…)

Incendiary attack against ATMs in Tijuana by Black Wolves & Mario Buda Incendiary Cells FAI-FRI (Mexico)

Wednesday, December 21st, 2016

The dawn of December 7 we placed and set off an incendiary device in one of many automatic teller machines in the rotten city of Tijuana.

The device was composed of 250 grams of black powder and 250 of luxury, the package was attached to a gallon jug with 8 liters of benzene and a homemade wick for its activation.

Violence is attacked with violence, we leave to the side the oppressor who from childhood instructed us, killing our freedom.

The anarchist struggle and ideas once implanted are like a seed that grows, which never returns to its original state, therefore, they will not stop us compañerxs, here and now our heart is black and that will never change, we will continue taking action in the night, at dawn, any day, this is not the beginning, much less is it the end.

Our most powerful weapon is the ideas that are accompanied by actions that reaffirm every word spoken, every thought. (more…)

Oaxaca: Explosive attacks against Santander Bank and PRODECON in memory of anarchist compañero Sebastián Oversluij (Mexico)

Friday, December 16th, 2016

On December 11, 2013 anarchist compañero Sebastián Oversluij was shot dead by a security guard while attempting to rob a bank branch in Chile.

Today we decided to attack with explosive devices a Santander Bank branch and a PRODECON* office (belonging to the Secretary of Finance) in Oaxaca.

Remembering three years since this event not to make him a martyr nor to victimize his death but in the name of all illegal and clandestine actions that arise, have arisen and will arise within this war.

We emphasize that we (BAIBF / Bruno Filippi Brigade of Informal Action) have nothing to do with the wave of pseudo-left-wing anarchists who are at the mercy of and defend the interests of social and trade union organizations since we opt for the antagonistic and informal individual affinities and the total destruction of this prison-society and all its structures. Fernando Bárcenas, Mexican Anarchist Prisoner, Calls for Solidarity with US Prison Strike (Mexico)

Wednesday, August 31st, 2016

Via Actforfree:

Open letter to compañerxs.

Note: The use of the word prison in this text refers to all artificial environments that domesticate us so as to insert us by force into the capitalist system of production; this is a contribution to deepen the reflection of all living beings in the hands of economic powers and the technological project…

Compas, I greet you with insurrectionary love, that these words of war may reach you; greeting as well the coming days of insurrection, as ideas bloom in the fields like flowers we should not stop tending. We do not know if there will be a victory, but what we do know is that they will not occupy our dreams and our lives…

The only truly free moment is when we fight for freedom, because we prefer to die rather than accept this way of life, and without realizing it we are already free, because nothing occupies our minds except the sole desire to set fire to reality…

But what hides behind this destructive war, behind the somber darkness of the human spirit? Is it not perhaps the reflection and poetic manifestation of beings taking back their lives and actively influencing the organization of the daily life? (more…)

Algunas reflexiones rupturistas a partir del asesinato del compa Salvador Olmos (Mexico)

Sunday, August 14th, 2016

Tuesday, August 9th, 2016

Incendiary attack against a Banamex bank in Oaxaca by Informal Anarchic Individualities (Mexico)

Monday, May 30th, 2016

On the morning of May 23rd in complicity with the full moon we decided to attack, in a city taken by police and military, we joined the night which makes us invisible and provides anonymity and secrecy. We torched a Banamex branch by placing tires in front of it and watering them with gasoline. So we illuminated the darkness and struck a blow, it’s a fleeting moment, but it’s a moment we enjoy and that for a few seconds makes us feel a little freer, releasing the fire that slowly eats away at the awful branch and it’s ATMs. We decided to videotape it so that everyone can see that some actions are easy to carry out, to encourage all comrades to take action wherever they are.

It is undeniable, we are everywhere. We see banks and those responsible for them as direct generators of poverty and social inequality. Banks are the temples where the “God” of money comes and goes, where misery is managed, where that “God” is placed above any form of life. (more…)
