Civil Matters

Most Twitter account information is public by default, including Tweets and profile information. You can get the information on your own directly from our website or public APIs.

Twitter also provides each registered user with the capacity to obtain a download of Tweets posted to their personal account. More information on how a user can request that information is available in our Help Center.
