Dr Kate Robertson is not that kind of doctor. She was awarded her PhD in the Department of Art History and Films Studies at the University of Sydney in 2014, where she has been teaching since 2008. She has published peer-reviewed entries in the open-access digital platform Design and Art Australia Online and articles in the Australasian Journal of Popular Culture and Australian and New Zealand Journal of Art. She has also written for The Conversation and small-press publications such as The Thousands and The BRAG.
