Mike was arrested early in the morning on July 20th and booked into the Yolo county jail. He has been charged with misdemeanor inciting a riot and felony assault with a deadly weapon stemming from the anti- nazi demo in Sacramento, CA on June 26th of last year. A $500,000 dollar bail was set ...Mike was transported out of Yolo county and booked into Sacramento county jail.

On July 21st Mike was arraigned in court and there was a strong showing of support but his bail was not lowered at all. His next court date is Monday, July 24th at which point his lawyer will argue for a bail reduction. So, we are certainly hoping that his bail gets reduced to something much more reasonable for those of us trying to raise money in order to bail him out so he can fight his case while he’s not locked up in the county jail.

At this point, we are asking all supporters to please donate what you can. Everything will help. Please pass this on to everyone you know who might be willing to donate as well. All the money raised will go towards helping to bail Mike out and to contribute towards his commissary fund while he’s still in.
