Support for customers on the free plan will be closed through Tuesday, September 19th.
We will reopen free support on Wednesday, September 20th.
Customers with a paid plan have priority support and will have continued access to support, though response times may be slower than usual.
Why? Once a year, our Happiness Engineers and the rest of the WordPress.com/Jetpack family get together to work on improving our services, building new features, and learning how to better serve you!
Meanwhile, the support forums remain open and volunteers may be able to help, you can post your request there.
You can also check our troubleshooting tips for additional information.
Please note: If an update to the latest version of Jetpack fails, please try re-installing Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site's Dashboard. If the install fails and reports "Destination folder already exists," access your server via SFTP or FTP or hosting file manager, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/
directory, and manually delete the /jetpack/
directory there. Then, reinstall Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site's Dashboard.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
