Virus Theory of Cancer
There are two kinds of theory:
1. Incomplete theory: Explains what cancer is
and how to treat it.
2. Complete theory: Explains what cancer is and how to cure it.
Currently the dominating theory is the somatic mutation theory (SMT). Since it does not cure cancer it is incomplete. Rous discovered that sarcoma is caused by a virus, and initiated the viral theory of cancer. At that time neither Rous nor other virologists were interested to cure sarcoma, and their theory remained incomplete.
Life evolves within an infinite swarm of viruses.
2.5 million years ago genus Homo confronted bacteria and viruses and had to protect himself. Since viruses plagued life form its very beginning, Homo inherited two protective strategies:
1. Collaboration: Symbiosis.
2. Resistance: Immune system
Interaction between cell and virus has two outcomes:
1. Lysis: when virus hijacks cell genome in order to produce virions. Cell dies.
2. Lysogeny when cell hijacks virus genome in order to protect itself from it and from other viruses. Cell lives.
The similarity between retrotransposon and retrovirus supports the hypothesis that transposons originated from retrovirus infection. Transposases propel DNA transposons through the genome.
Edward Jenner discovered how to treat smallpox by viral interference.
SMT is a fatalistic theory. Organism is exposed to disease causing mutations which it cannot resist. This poor theory dragged medicine into its current inconsistency manifested by a toxic targeted therapy. I find it inconceivable that for the last 2.5 million years, organism adapted helplessly to the whims of nature. Which is the essence of neo-Darwinism. Life embraced all these threats creatively, which is the essence of symbiosis.
Only recently medicine turned its attention to our symbiosis with gut bacteria (microbiome) . The time has come to embrace virus symbiosis. I believe that autoimmunity diseases are viral infections which might be cured with viral interference.

Diferentes tipos de Papiloma Humano, HPV pueden causar verrugas en diferentes partes de su cuerpo. Cancer
Cancer, also known as a malignant tumor or malignant neoplasm, is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Not all tumors are cancerous; benign tumors do not spread to other parts of the body. Possible signs and symptoms include: a new lump, abnormal bleeding, a prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements among others. While these symptoms may indicate cancer, they may also occur due to other issues. There are over 100 different known cancers that affect humans.
Tobacco use is the cause of about 22% of cancer deaths. Another 10% is due to obesity, a poor diet, lack of physical activity, and consumption of alcohol. Other factors include certain infections, exposure to ionizing radiation, and environmental pollutants. In the developing world nearly 20% of cancers are due to infections such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and human papillomavirus (HPV). These factors act, at least partly, by changing the genes of a cell. Typically many such genetic changes are required before cancer develops. Approximately 5–10% of cancers are due to genetic defects inherited from a person's parents. Cancer can be detected by certain signs and symptoms or screening tests. It is then typically further investigated by medical imaging and confirmed by biopsy.

Virus
A virus is a small infectious agent that replicates only inside the living cells of other organisms. Viruses can infect all types of life forms, from animals and plants to microorganisms, including bacteria and archaea.
Since Dmitri Ivanovsky's 1892 article describing a non-bacterial pathogen infecting tobacco plants, and the discovery of the tobacco mosaic virus by Martinus Beijerinck in 1898, about 5,000 virus species have been described in detail, although there are millions of types. Viruses are found in almost every ecosystem on Earth and are the most abundant type of biological entity. The study of viruses is known as virology, a sub-speciality of microbiology.
While not inside an infected cell or in the process of infecting a cell, viruses exist in the form of independent particles. These viral particles, also known as virions, consist of two or three parts: (i) the genetic material made from either DNA or RNA, long molecules that carry genetic information; (ii) a protein coat, called the capsid, which surrounds and protects the genetic material; and in some cases (iii) an envelope of lipids that surrounds the protein coat when they are outside a cell. The shapes of these virus particles range from simple helical and icosahedral forms for some virus species to more complex structures for others. Most virus species have virions that are too small to be seen with an optical microscope. The average virion is about one one-hundredth the size of the average bacterium.

Natural killer cell
Natural killer cells or NK cells are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte critical to the innate immune system. The role NK cells play is analogous to that of cytotoxic T cells in the vertebrate adaptive immune response. NK cells provide rapid responses to viral-infected cells, acting at around 3 days after infection, and respond to tumor formation. Typically, immune cells detect major histocompatibility complex (MHC) presented on infected cell surfaces, triggering cytokine release, causing lysis or apoptosis. NK cells are unique, however, as they have the ability to recognize stressed cells in the absence of antibodies and MHC, allowing for a much faster immune reaction. They were named "natural killers" because of the initial notion that they do not require activation to kill cells that are missing "self" markers of MHC class 1. This role is especially important because harmful cells that are missing MHC I markers cannot be detected and destroyed by other immune cells, such as T lymphocyte cells.

En este video se explica como un cáncer se forma así como factores que pueden afectar a nuestras células a que se degeneren en un cancer. El cáncer se origina cuando las células normales se transforman en cancerígenas, es decir, adquieren la capacidad de multiplicarse descontroladamente e invadir tejidos y otros órganos. ste proceso se denomina carcinogénesis. La carcinogénesis dura años y pasa por diferentes fases. Las sustancias responsables de producir esta transformación se llaman agentes carcinógenos. Un ejemplo de ellos son las radiaciones ultravioleta del sol, el asbesto o el virus del papiloma humano. La primera fase comienza cuando estos agentes actúan sobre la célula alterando su material genético (mutación). Una primera mutación no es suficiente para que se genere un cáncer, pero es el inicio del proceso. La condición indispensable es que la célula alterada sea capaz de dividirse. Como resultado, las células dañadas comienzan a multiplicarse a una velocidad ligeramente superior a la normal, transmitiendo a sus descendientes la mutación. A esto se le llama fase de iniciación tumoral y las células involucradas en esta fase se llaman células iniciadas. La alteración producida es irreversible, pero insuficiente para desarrollar el cáncer. Si sobre las células iniciadas actúan de nuevo y de forma repetida los agentes carcinógenos, la multiplicación celular comienza a ser más rápida y la probabilidad de que se produzcan nuevas mutaciones aumenta. A esto se le llama fase de promoción y las células involucradas en esta fase se denominan células promocionadas. Actualmente conocemos muchos factores que actúan sobre esta fase, como el tabaco, la alimentación inadecuada, el alcohol, etc. Por último, las células iniciadas y promocionadas sufren nuevas mutaciones. Cada vez se hacen más anómalas en su crecimiento y comportamiento. Adquieren la capacidad de invasión, tanto a nivel local infiltrando los tejidos de alrededor, como a distancia, originando las metástasis. Es la fase de progresión. Para que se produzca un cáncer es necesario que de forma acumulativa y continuada se produzcan alteraciones celulares durante un largo periodo de tiempo, generalmente años. Como resultado las células están aumentadas en número, presentan alteraciones de forma, tamaño y función y poseen la capacidad de invadir otras partes del organismo.

http://globalsuccess4life.com - NK cells play a highly important role in the killing of tumors and cells infected by viruses. NK cells are certainly highly important cells in your immune system, and very important in the fight against cancer. The cells kill by releasing a blast of proteins (injecting the suspect cell with cytotoxins) that cause the target cell to die by apoptosis. NK cells are known as natural killers because they don't need to react to specific antigens, they just need to recognize that a cell is foreign, and it does not belong. However, NK cells must receive an activating message, such as signals from cytokines in order to do their work.

Virus Theory of Cancer
There are two kinds of theory:
1. Incomplete theory: Explains what cancer is
and how to treat it.
2. Complete theory: Explains what cancer is and how to cure it.
Currently the dominating theory is the somatic mutation theory (SMT). Since it does not cure cancer it is incomplete. Rous discovered that sarcoma is caused by a virus, and initiated the viral theory of cancer. At that time neither Rous nor other virologists were interested to cure sarcoma, and their theory remained incomplete.
Life evolves within an infinite swarm of viruses.
2.5 million years ago genus Homo confronted bacteria and viruses and had to protect himself. Since viruses plagued life form its very beginning, Homo inherited two protective strategies:
1. Collaboration: Symbiosis.
2. Resistance: Immune system
Interaction between cell and virus has two outcomes:
1. Lysis: when virus hijacks cell genome in order to produce virions. Cell dies.
2. Lysogeny when cell hijacks virus genome in order to protect itself from it and from other viruses. Cell lives.
The similarity between retrotransposon and retrovirus supports the hypothesis that transposons originated from retrovirus infection. Transposases propel DNA transposons through the genome.
Edward Jenner discovered how to treat smallpox by viral interference.
SMT is a fatalistic theory. Organism is exposed to disease causing mutations which it cannot resist. This poor theory dragged medicine into its current inconsistency manifested by a toxic targeted therapy. I find it inconceivable that for the last 2.5 million years, organism adapted helplessly to the whims of nature. Which is the essence of neo-Darwinism. Life embraced all these threats creatively, which is the essence of symbiosis.
Only recently medicine turned its attention to our symbiosis with gut bacteria (microbiome) . The time has come to embrace virus symbiosis. I believe that autoimmunity diseases are viral infections which might be cured with viral interference.

Diferentes tipos de Papiloma Humano, HPV pueden causar verrugas en diferentes partes de su cuerpo. El cáncer se origina cuando las células normales se transforman en cancerígenas, es decir, adquieren la capacidad de multiplicarse descontroladamente e invadir tejidos y otros órganos.
ste proceso se denomina carcinogénesis.
La carcinogénesis dura años y pasa por diferentes fases. Las sustancias responsables de producir esta transformación se llaman agentes carcinógenos. Un ejemplo de ellos son las radiaciones ultravioleta del sol, el asbesto o el virus del papiloma humano.
La primera fase comienza cuando estos agentes actúan sobre la célula alterando su material genético (mutación). Una primera mutación no es suficiente para que se genere un cáncer, pero es el inicio del proceso. La condición indispensable es que la célula alterada sea capaz de dividirse. Como resultado, las células dañadas comienzan a multiplicarse a una velocidad ligeramente superior a la normal, transmitiendo a sus descendientes la mutación. A esto se le llama fase de iniciación tumoral y las células involucradas en esta fase se llaman células iniciadas. La alteración producida es irreversible, pero insuficiente para desarrollar el cáncer.
Si sobre las células iniciadas actúan de nuevo y de forma repetida los agentes carcinógenos, la multiplicación celular comienza a ser más rápida y la probabilidad de que se produzcan nuevas mutaciones aumenta. A esto se le llama fase de promoción y las células involucradas en esta fase se denominan células promocionadas. Actualmente conocemos muchos factores que actúan sobre esta fase, como el tabaco, la alimentación inadecuada, el alcohol, etc.
Por último, las células iniciadas y promocionadas sufren nuevas mutaciones. Cada vez se hacen más anómalas en su crecimiento y comportamiento. Adquieren la capacidad de invasión, tanto a nivel local infiltrando los tejidos de alrededor, como a distancia, originando las metástasis. Es la fase de progresión.
Para que se produzca un cáncer es necesario que de forma acumulativa y continuada se produzcan alteraciones celulares durante un largo periodo de tiempo, generalmente años.
Como resultado las células están aumentadas en número, presentan alteraciones de forma, tamaño y función y poseen la capacidad de invadir otras partes del organismo.

La carcinogénesis dura años y pasa por diferentes fases. Las sustancias responsables de producir esta transformación se llaman agentes carcinógenos. Un ejemplo de ellos son las radiaciones ultravioleta del sol, el asbesto o el virus del papiloma humano.
La primera fase comienza cuando estos agentes actúan sobre la célula alterando su material genético (mutación). Una primera mutación no es suficiente para que se genere un cáncer, pero es el inicio del proceso. La condición indispensable es que la célula alterada sea capaz de dividirse. Como resultado, las células dañadas comienzan a multiplicarse a una velocidad ligeramente superior a la normal, transmitiendo a sus descendientes la mutación. A esto se le llama fase de iniciación tumoral y las células involucradas en esta fase se llaman células iniciadas. La alteración producida es irreversible, pero insuficiente para desarrollar el cáncer.
Si sobre las células iniciadas actúan de nuevo y de forma repetida los agentes carcinógenos, la multiplicación celular comienza a ser más rápida y la probabilidad de que se produzcan nuevas mutaciones aumenta. A esto se le llama fase de promoción y las células involucradas en esta fase se denominan células promocionadas. Actualmente conocemos muchos factores que actúan sobre esta fase, como el tabaco, la alimentación inadecuada, el alcohol, etc.
Por último, las células iniciadas y promocionadas sufren nuevas mutaciones. Cada vez se hacen más anómalas en su crecimiento y comportamiento. Adquieren la capacidad de invasión, tanto a nivel local infiltrando los tejidos de alrededor, como a distancia, originando las metástasis. Es la fase de progresión.
Para que se produzca un cáncer es necesario que de forma acumulativa y continuada se produzcan alteraciones celulares durante un largo periodo de tiempo, generalmente años.
Como resultado las células están aumentadas en número, presentan alteraciones de forma, tamaño y función y poseen la capacidad de invadir otras partes del organismo.

I regard Cirrhosis-Hepatoma as a cancer prototype. It illustrates that cancer never appears de novo. It starts as a chronic inflammation of a virus infected liver in which tumor emerges. Cirrhosis is an evolving dysplastic field in which hepatoma emerges.
1. There is nothing in virus genome which is associated with hepatoma.
2. By itself virus does not cause cancer. Hepatom emerges within a chronic inflammation in an
immune compromised host (smoldering hepatitis).
3. Patients who recover from hepatitis do not get hepatoma
4. No virus , no cancer.
Generally virus has only one goal. To infect a cell and divert its metabolism for its virion production. Which destroys the cell (lysis). Virus has no intention or capability to create a tumor. Tumor is the response of the organism to virus destruction. No virus, no tumor!
Viruses are everywhere. In normal and in cancerous tissues. Most of them are our symbionts. Endogenous viruses (HERVs) reside in our DNA and protect us from dangerous exogenous viruses. This phenomenon is called virus interference and may be applied to cure cancer.
Think of a virus whenever you spot a tumor within a chronic inflammation. Tumor elimination cannot cure cancer since virus persists. Only virus elimination may cure cancer and this is achieved with virus interference. Although virus does not cause cancer, only virus elimination cures it .

Rous discovered that his cell free filtrate caused a chronic inflammation in which a sarcoma emerged. Only 4% chicken got sarcoma. Clinically RSV causes a chronic muscle inflammation (sarcitis) in which sarcoma emerged. Sarcoma emerged after a long latency, when chicken became weaker. Only in 4% of chicken host resistance became weak enough in order to induce a sarcoma. 96% chicken succumbed to an infection free of sarcoma.
I regard Cirrhosis-Hepatoma as a cancer prototype. It illustrates that cancer never appears de novo. It starts as a chronic inflammation of a virus infected liver in which tumor emerges. Cirrhosis is an evolving dysplastic field in which hepatoma emerges.
1. There is nothing in virus genome which is associated with hepatoma.
2. By itself virus does not cause cancer. Hepatom emerges within a chronic inflammation in an
immune compromised host (smoldering hepatitis).
3. Patients who recover from hepatitis do not get hepatoma
4. No virus , no cancer.
Generally virus has only one goal. To infect a cell and divert its metabolism for its virion production. Which destroys the cell (lysis). Virus has no intention or capability to create a tumor. Tumor is the response of the organism to virus destruction. No virus, no tumor!
Viruses are everywhere. In normal and in cancerous tissues. Most of them are our symbionts. Endogenous viruses (HERVs) reside in our DNA and protect us from dangerous exogenous viruses. This phenomenon is called virus interference and may be applied to cure cancer.
Think of a virus whenever you spot a tumor within a chronic inflammation. Tumor elimination cannot cure cancer since virus persists. Only virus elimination may cure cancer and this is achieved with virus interference. Although virus does not cause cancer, only virus elimination cures it .

Side effects and safety profile of oncolytic viruses in clinical studies. Oncolytic virus Seprehvir has passed an FDA safety review with approval for systemic administration of oncolytic viruses to children with advanced cancer. How genes work in viruses, and how genetic engineering allows us to cut and paste genes from one species into another. El actor de cine Michael Douglas, hace pocas semanas hizo al diario The Guardian la siguiente declaración: "El sexo oral me causó, hace tres años, un cáncer debajo de la lengua (orofaringe), provocado por el virus del papiloma humano, y lo contraje por la práctica del cunnilingus (sexo oral)".
CONCEPTO DE VIRUS Y DE VIRUS DEL PAPILOMA HUMANO (HPV).
La palabra virus viene del latín "virus" que significa veneno, ponzoña. Son partículas infecciosas muy pequeñas (10-300 nm) que necesitan de una célula viva para multiplicarse a través de su ADN o ARN. Son por lo tanto parásitos obligados de plantas, animales o bacterias.
El HPV es un virus ADN de 55 nm de diámetro (un nanómetro es la mil millonésima parte de un metro), que infecta las células madre del epitelio de la piel o mucosas, especialmente cuando estas estructuras no están íntegras (sanas). Existen más de 120 tipos de HPV. No siempre se transmiten por vía sexual. Pueden hacerlo a través de manos, besos o de madre a hijo.
EL CÁNCER Y OTRAS ENFERMEDADES DE LA BOCA PRODUCIDAS POR HPV.
Unos tipos de HPV producen lesiones benignas en boca, lengua y faringe como el condiloma, el papiloma de células escamosas, verrugas vulgares e hiperplasia epitelial focal. Otros tipos de HPV como el 16 y el 18 pueden producir cáncer como el carcinoma de células escamosas en cuello de útero, cáncer de orofaringe o cáncer de ano.
Generalmente en el cáncer de orofaringe (boca) se implican diversos factores como tabaco, alcohol, infecciones por bacterias y hongos, virus y traumatismos crónicos por dientes o prótesis dentales desajustadas.
LA PREVENCIÓN, LAS VACUNAS Y EL TRATAMIENTO DE LAS LESIONES.
La prevención consiste en tener una buena higiene bucal y corporal. Debería reservarse el sexo oral sin protección a las parejas estables sanas y limpias. La circuncisión es una buena medida de higiene para los varones. Las relaciones esporádicas deben estar protegidas por látex y otros elementos barrera. Hay dos vacunas eficaces sin efectos secundarios, capaces de prevenir y/o curar la infección. De momento el Sistema Nacional de Salud solo vacuna gratuitamente a mujeres jóvenes.
Las lesiones establecidas, incluido el cáncer, suelen precisar cirugía y en ocasiones quimioterapia y radioterapia.
