I support a ban because I have seen what an assault weapon can do to a young teenager. Blood pouring out of a young boy from a pulverized liver while we try to save his life. Then, telling his parents their only child is dead.

I greatly admire the courageous Parkland students. Open discussion on how to end mass shootings essential. needs to listen, absorb, and act. Stronger background checks, ban on bump stocks & assault weapons, and better ability to identify warning signs are key.
