(1) Home loan discount offer terms and conditions.
A 0.35% p.a. discount off the applicable standard variable interest rate for Basic Home Loans where the primary loan purpose at application is owner occupied. The discount is available to you as a Union member on new home loan applications received between 20-Jul-17 and 31-Oct-17 and settled by 31-Dec-17. The discount applies for so long as you have a Basic Home Loan and you remain an owner occupier. It is not available for interest-only loans, investment loans, internal refinances, top-ups or variations of existing ME home loans. This offer is only available on loans originated via a ME mobile banking manager. It is not available on applications made through an independent mortgage broker.
