Once you get through this book, and realize that this man has LIVED this experience, it makes you wonder just what the hell our government thinks it's doing. Also makes you grateful that people like him are still willing to stick their necks out despite the fact that these folks are routinely left hanging, so to speak. Not ONLY is this book a thriller, but it's a wake up call to those "patriots" who are still blind enough to believe that either the Democrats OR the Republicans have their best interests in mind.

Having previously read a different book by Michael Levine and being completely hooked, I had to purchase Triangle of Death as soon as I realized it was another Levine book. I absolutely love his writing style, his back story, and his experiences. Unlike the previous books I have read, Triangle of Death is a fictional story, but it reads like non fiction. It is a spy saga type of a read, which really held my attention and made me unable to put it down. Yet again, this is about Government corruption that some people fail to see or understand. There is a lot of action, suspense and drama, which is sure to keep your heart pumping until the very last page. I would highly recommend this one, especially if you are a fan of the spy genre, or just want an exciting read.

If you didn't get enough of Michael Levine's tale of undercover activities against drug cartels in 'Deep Cover' you are going to want to pickup a copy of 'Triangle of Death' yesterday! In the novel we follow Michael Levine as he is trying to not only stop a new drug called White Queen which immediately addicts its users and everyone from the Mafia to the Cartel is after but also has fallen in love with a woman at the very center of a conspiracy he has to stop. A woman who knows he is undercover and his only solution to save his own life is to end hers.

One thing fans might not enjoy is that while 'Deep Cover' was based in truth, this is a work of fiction. That being said it was written in the same style that made his earlier works such a great read and while the events in it aren't real you could easily see that they could exist in the world run by drugs in his previous novels.

His work as an undercover agent shines through and the gritty realism to his writing shines through in such a way that while this is fiction you have to wonder if any of the events within were loosely based on real life experiences.

Either way it is just as riveting as his initial work and you won't be sorry in the slightest for cracking this open. I'd suggest his first books just to have an established idea of the character but I can't say that they are needed to sit down and enjoy this one.

Triangle of Death, by Michael Levine, definitely takes you on a wild thrill ride. Even though Levine has pretty much lived this type of life, Triangle of Death is a fictional story based on what he's seen and been around during his career. However,he takes his experiences to create a spy saga unlike any other that I've read. At times, I wondered if this actually is a non fiction read because most of it sounds like it could really be happening, as unbelievable as that sound. There is so much action and suspense in here, you will have a very difficult time putting it down. It is a definite thought provoking read, which will probably keep you up at night. I would highly recommend it, as it is well written and highly engaging. Five stars all the way.

Mr. Levine outdoes himself in this book. Unlike his previous works, this is a fictional story. Mr. Levine has drawn on his past experiences as a deep cover agent to create a spy saga that will keeps your attention. Like in his other books, Mr. Levine exposes the truth about the crooked and inept "leaders," charged with our safety and welfare. If action, adventure, and conspiracies are to your tastes, buy this book!

Format: Hardcover
Ex-DEA special agent Michael Levine reveals the riveting and tragic story of a government mired in corruption and as blinded
by greed and hungry for power as the drug cartels it purports to hunt.
This deeply disturbing novel is based on the author's personal experiences in United States Federal law enforcement. "Triangle of Death" uncovers the
twisted inner-workings of the DEA and it's desperate search for the killers of a federal deep-cover agent-- an international crime syndicate
seeking world domination through the introduction of a deadly new form of cocaine, La Reina Blanca.
Michael Levine leads the reader on a harrowing, disturbing trek through the jungles of South America, to the desert sands of Israel;
a journey which turns deadly for many. The journey becomes an odyssey for the reader, the search for a truth which will ultimately link Jew and Nazi, criminal and cop.
This book is a MUST READ. The author deftly weaves the threads of the story, performing the ritual kumite of the martial artist while waiting for the moment to strike.
"Triangle of Death" will leave the reader desperate for answers and afraid to hear them.<HTML>

It's real enough that you could see all of this really happening even more so with the government admitting to doing some, really questionable things.

I think it's well written and enjoyable to read.
