Di abad pertengahan, segenggam pala di Pasar Eropa dianggap lebih berharga dari sepeti emas. Monopoli bangsa arab dan perseteruan dalam perang salib membawa Eropa ke dalam perburuan menemukan pulau-pulau penghasil rempah. Perseteruan bangsa-bangsa terjadi akibat rempah-rempah. Kepulauan Banda yang saat itu menjadi satu-satunya tempat pohon-pohon pala tumbuh menjadi kawasan yang paling diperebutkan. Belanda bahkan rela melepas Nieuw Amsterdam (Mannhatan, New York) agar bisa mengusir Inggris dari kepulauan tersebut. Pembantain massal dan perbudakan pertama di Nusantara terjadi di Kepulauan Banda. Di sana pula, sebuah semangat kebangsaan dan identitas multikultural lahir menjadi warisan sejarah dunia.

Banda the dark forgotten trail adalah sebuah karya film panjang dokumenter yang diproduksi oleh Lifelike Pictures, yang diproduseri oleh Sheila Timothy dan Abduh Aziz, naskah ditulis oleh Irfan Ramli (penulis Cahaya Dari Timur, Surat Dari Praha dan Filosofi Kopi 2), dan disutradarai oleh Jay Subyakto. Departemen Camera dipimpin oleh Sinematografer Ipung Rachmat Syaiful dengan didukung oleh second unit camera Davy Linggar dan Oscar Motuloh.

Ariel Camacho
José Ariel Camacho Barraza (August 7, 1992 – February 25, 2015) was a Mexican singer-songwriter who performed in the Regional Mexican genre. He was the leader of the band Los Plebes del Rancho and was signed on to DEL Records.
Death
On February 25, 2015 Camacho and two other people died in a car accident on the road from Angostura, Sinaloa. Following his death, his group's song "El Karma" reached number one on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.

Banda Los Recoditos
Banda Los Recoditos is a Mexican band formed in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. It was founded in 1989 by friends and family members of Banda el Recodo by Cruz Lizárraga. Alfonso Lizárraga and Pancho Barraza, the first vocalists, were two of the more than dozen bandmembers comprising the original incarnation of the band. After releasing several albums, in 2010 the band released their album ¡Ando Bien Pedo!, featuring the single of the same title, which became a number-one hit in the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.
Controversies
In 1998 Alfonso Lizárraga member of Banda El Recodo fit them the name so that the band was forced to change their name to Banda Vuelta De Río. This band recorded three albums with Musart and some members returned to Recoditos, the actual band.
There has been some opposition to the current band because most of the original members still belong to the band Vuelta De Río. Although the current band plays the hits of the original musical group, there are arguments that there actually only is one version of the original band.

Delta force operatives, led by Captain Lang are dispatched to retrieve the vials along with south African military officer Lt. Marie Yonker, an expert on African Righ-Wing groups like the ones they are now after. Depite his needed skills in diseases Tipton is far from welcomed into aiding the team in it's pursuit due to letting the brother of Lang die in a mission some time ago. All the while the supremacists are getting further away from operation delta force
