Man that is one of the best restaurant / bars I've gone to in a long time. Located off of Highway 360 in Arlington. Ample parking with easy access to the highway. The scenery was epic with Six Flags as a backdrop. The atmosphere was utterly amazing and the vibe was dead on point. Every waitress in there was Dynamite looking with such beautiful personalities, and very hospitable. And the food was absolutely outstanding. I had a mushroom and Swiss burger that was off the chain. And a side order of cheese sticks, that were utterly delicious. Had Sports on every screen, and had a friendly family vibe. Anticipating my next visit there, thank you for a good time Redneck Heaven! OMG my son took me to eat at Orchid City Cafe today and it was amazing!! I got the blackened chicken w/spicy basil rice and it was pure perfection. I got it extra spicy but the next time, and there will be a next time, I will get it extra, extra spicy. I squeezed lime juice on it and I was so happy! I kid you not this food caused a tiny tear to well up in the corner of my eye! They have great food but even more importantly the service was excellent. Due to Labor Day they were closing an hour earlier and we came in 40mins before closing and they treated us as though we were the first customer of the day. We didn't feel rushed at all but we were able to get in and out so they could close on time. Excellent food and excellent service. They're winning!!

We were celebrating a birthday. we were a party of 14. Our waiter, Allen, was adorable and Attentive. I wanted the Zuppa de Pesce and they were kind enough to change out the marinara and made it in a wine sauce just for me. It was delicious! All of the Seafood was great I do wish that the scallops were bigger but certainly it was plentiful. I don't think that anyone in our party was disappointed. We would definitely come back

Since BEFORE it was J. Gilligan's (the Flying Dutchman) it has been our place. I used to go there as a girl with my Daddy, spent many a Monday night after AXO with friends, the open mic nights, festivals and annual Saint Paddy's Day! J.Gilligan's is always a go-to. And now when we come back in town it's one two places that are a Must!

Hotel is clean and rooms are well appointed,but the brilliant star is Rosa the omlet maker in the dining room. I asked her if they had rye toast and she said she would check in a moment ( she was busy cooking eggs for guests) I said "no, no I can ask a waiter" I asked and he said "no, only wheat and white". A little later she asked if I got my rye toast and I no, you don't carry it. Then suddenly she stepped out of her role as omelet maker ( not neglecting any quests) and showed up with warm toasted rye with butter and jam. Meanwhile the waiter showed up with some cold sourdough, saying he found it in the back and would that do? Rosa went above and beyond her job to see the customer was satisfied and she did it with grace and humility and didn't give any indication she was trying to "out serve" the male waiters who had this responsibility ( no gentle apologies for them)... her motive was only to insure I had a wonderful experience, while supporting her coworkers. Thank you Rosa, you brightend my day. Buy something nice just for you with the tip. �

We stayed overnight on 6-15-17. We had a room comfy enough to fit 4 of us. The breakfast was just fine. I just wished they would add some protein. But I was pleased with it still. The building was so beautiful. Both lady's at the front desk, were absolutely the best. And I promise, whatever you ask for, you get it with a smile. The beds were clean and comfortable. We asked for a second floor room, on the backside. There were bikers hanging out and their bikes were loud and they came and went all night. But I still managed to get plenty of good rest. We used the laundromat dryers, which costed 1.00 to dry. The only small complaint is, the shower curtain, doesn't stay closed on either end. So I placed shampoo bottles on them. Still didn't help. But I will still stay again, because the place was great. And the staff was very much accommodating.

Last year my son's dog went missing for 9 days. He was lost in Irving and found in Arlington! A police officer found him and took him to the shelter. Someone from the shelter texted me after seeing my online Lost Dog flyers. They made sure that he was up to date on his vaccinations and took care of him very well until we could get there the next day.

Dozer is by far the best artist I've worked with in over a decade of getting ink. From random things I come up with to cover ups; he works with what you want and brings it to life. Very professional, courteous, kind, and on point with his work. He also talks with you while working and doesn't miss a beat. Not many people can multitask but he's a pro at it. Any ink I get done will definitely be by him.

This is actually my favorite nature Park in the area...I never know what different animal I will encounter with each visit. During Spring, there are always hundreds on butterflies, and red robins around. Not to mention the bobcats and other wildlife. However, there are certain trails that I use for jogging and exercise and hiking that are being neglected. The trees have taken over and other sections have mud and dirt piled up making it difficult to use those areas.

Lovely area to take the kids to play. We had a picnic, which was fun and the kids enjoyed it. The only problem is the people with pets let there dogs shit where ever and they dont pick it up. This makes it hard to find a nice area to picnic. I dont understand why people have animals and dont want to clean up after them. Its your dog, pick up the shit. Geezzz! Pet owners are not the only ones that want to enjoy the park.

We went to the museum because my son has his artwork on display. The museum is very nice and the lady that was volunteering there was very helpful. I have invited my family to go and look at my son's artwork.

Today was wonderful! Along with my 2 daughters and 2 grand sons we had an exceptionally delicious lunch at the Tea Room. I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with fruit...quite filling and delectable..After lunch we shopped the entire store..what a marvelous amount of Christmas decorations , ribbons , lights and trees to choose from. We discovered new ideas for Christmas lighting and how the ceiling can be a place to hang more than just a light fixture. We are so happy to have such a wonderland of Christmas goodies so close.
