So disappointed since the first time I stepped inside the restaurant. If you would like to keep running this business to the upper level of customers, please do not hire uneducated staffs who could only deliver a service level like I am in "moo grata" restaurant. It is not that hard to smile and speak with a nice tone of voice. Last but not least, please train your staffs to not run around the restaurant like 5 years old kid. It is too much and I hope that the owner of Arno would consider my comment and improve the service.

Can be better.... We arrived at Arno's for the first time, they give you a table number and send you to the "kitchen" where you have to selected your meal. Arno's have a lot of options, but no information on what the differance, Educate me and sell me someting. They could easy sell the story more at this moment. Make it a real experiance. Same with the table number, make a small meat button or someting. Sell the story. After I selected a steak for 5000 Bath I was send to my t...able (very friendly staff), My girl got her food after 10-15 min, my food arrived 30 min later, thats for me a no go for this level or restaurant. Eating not at the same time I accept at most places, but is my bill is around 8000 bath I wanne eat at the same time. The meat was ok, nothing specual but for 5000 bath I expect not ok, i expect good. The Tv thats showing a movie also don't really matched the setting, also the people at other tables are very close and the noise was irritating me a alot. So for me not as special and I know some better places for my piece of meat.

I have reserved a table for 2 persons 3 day priors. We arrived on time at 8pm as reserved. But I cannot get the table because of the overbook! They sent me to kitchen to order but kitchen was very crowded! No line, no queue. After order i had to wait for my reserved table at the bar, then, I got the table at 8:50pm!!! 50mins waiting while I have reserved in prior properly!
Please stop "the reservation system" if you cannot manage it well.

The meat temperature was not correc...t. I ordered "Medium-Rare" but I got well-done.

Decoration is good but too crowded And noisy like eating in stylish-food court.

One large portion of 45 day dry-age ribeye and one large 75 day dry-age primerib were ordered yesterday, and both of them are the best steaks we ever had this month. They were medium rare and juicy. Some lard was taken away before grilling. Scallops were super fresh and sweet in taste. Awesome! Highly recommend!

21 oct 2017 Raw burger was served at Arnold Emquartier and I was hospitalised for three nights because of it!

My friends and I had dinner at Arnold last thursday at about 6.45pm. Everyone ordered different types of burgers, all medium. Mine was the traditional one (number one on their burger menu page). The beef patty of my burger was served raw and had a rotten smell to it. I didnt know much about beef and the way its supposed to be cooked so at the time I didnt know that b...eef patties, unlike steaks, cannot be served as pink as that as raw beef patties contain e coli. So for my burger, I just took one bite and stopped eating. I told my friends it was horrible so they shared their burgers with me. I didnt think much of it at the time because we were in such a rush to finish the meal as we had to catch a movie at 7.30pm. The following day, I had a high fever (39) and a severe pain in my tummy and I couldnt eat anything without wanting to throw up. On saturday morning I was rushed to the hospital. Had to do ultrasound and CT scan. I was diagnosed with infective colitis (bacterial infection in bowel). I was hospitalised for three nights, all the while I was in so much pain both the fever and stomach pain. I was afraid to move my body because of the pain.

On monday (25 oct) My friend who dined with me at Arnold decided to contact the store manager and told her about my ordeal. My friend sent her everything, doctor's note, photos of me being hospitalised, as well as proof that we did have dinner there. The restaurant manager said someone from the head office would contact us. But no one did. We didnt hear a thing from their headoffice. So yesterday (28 Oct) my friend contacted the same manager again and she simply said that I should call the head office to follow up on the issue. This makes me feel that they have no responsibility and accountability for their customers' wellbeing. I was hospitalised for three nights because of their raw burger. I know we live in a very relaxed country but this really is a new low in terms of accountability and responsibility for customers. Yes you can dine there they will accept your money, no problem. But if things happen or their food makes you sick, be ware that you are on your own.

Best steak I've had in Bangkok so far. Outstanding selection of cuts of premium beef. The dry aged meat really sets this establishment from the rest. I also admire and respect that Aron's doesn't ask the customer for their opinion on temperature. Instead, they prepare your steak the way it's truly meant to be eaten. Bravo!

Good food and service. Though, the kitchen has to be managed better. We initially ordered tenderloin steak, grilled lobster, grilled river prawns and carbonara fettuccine. The food came out one at a time and at least 5 to 10 minutes apart. So I had time to walk back and forth between the table and the butcher's display and eventually ordered burrata tomato salad which came out before the prawns and lobster. They forgot our carbonara. I followed up about 2 to 3 times before it eventually arrived after we had ordered for about 1 hour and 10 minutes... If 4 of us had not shared all dishes, the one who ordered carbonara would have been hanging dry for the dish!!

Love the food here. Excellent beef. The meat comes on a hotplate and you can cook it to your ideal doneness.
The sides are very good. Try the lobster and soft shell crab salad. If you don't eat beef, they have other meats to choose from.

Local beef is probably the best worth paying choice. Maybe I have too much expectation from the expensive piece because I couldn't get the full flavour from those luxury dry-aged imported beef. They are ok but too pricey compared with the quality. The best thing is they offer free corkage charge
