    TRLA negotiated a settlement to a Civil Rights suit that's helping people from the Hillcrest section of Corpus Christi relocate to new neighborhoods that won't be affected by bridge construction. So far, relocation is going great.

    We sued a Victoria, TX apartment complex cuz it rented out residents' homes while they were in Harvey shelters and took their stuff. Turns out it may be a part of a huge shell operation. Great story!

    A condo association in El Paso sold an elderly woman's home for $4,000 because she was late paying her late fees. Snowballing late-fee schemes are used by condo associations all over Texas. We've filed suit to rein them in.
