Added inside images of the front cover opened and the inner sleeve.

Added a cleaner front cover image with acknowledgement to original uploader charlie 45. Added back cover, inner sleeve and a set of label variants.

Added orange label variants - later variants, I assume by the look of them.

Set of Palm Tree labels added and the reverse side image of the Billion Dollar Bill.

Covers added

First pressings of this apparently have the mock stereo mixes of tracks B3-B5, so its' identical to the US version. 2nd pressing onwards is all true stereo.
