Motion (software)
Motion is a software application produced by Apple Inc. for their Mac OS X operating system. It is used to create and edit motion graphics, titling for video production and film production, and 2D and 3D compositing for visual effects.
History
The original product, codenamed "Molokini," was demonstrated on April 19, 2004.
At a pre-NAB event in April 2005, Apple released the second version of Motion along with new revisions of the other Pro applications, optimised for the Power Mac G5 and Mac OS X 10.4.
In January 2006 Apple stopped selling Motion as a stand-alone product. Introduced at NAB in Las Vegas on April 15, 2007, Motion 3 was included as part of the Final Cut Studio 2 suite.
Motion 5 was introduced on June 21, 2011. It is available through the Mac App Store at a reduced price of $49.99. Motion 5 is now sold as a stand-alone product.
Motion 5.2 was released on April 13, 2015. New features included 3D titles with extensive material, lighting, and edge options, 12 new generators, keyframe copying & pasting, improved mask and shape creation, and performance improvements.

Blake McGrath
Blake James McGrath (born November 21, 1983) is a Canadian professional dancer, pop singer and choreographer. He was known for being on the first season of So You Think You Can Dance in 2005, and on the MTV reality dance show, DanceLife. He has also developed a solo singing career with a debut album Time to Move in 2010.
Early career
Blake James McGrath was born in Mississauga, Ontario.
His early television appearances include: Choices of the Heart: The Margaret Sanger Story (1997) playing Stuart Sanger, and the TV show recreation of Goosebumps book "Stay Out of the Basement". He played the brother Casey.
In 2003, McGrath was chosen to perform on Michael Jackson's thirtieth anniversary special. In 2006, he performed alongside Paulina Rubio at the 2004 Latin Grammy Awards. Also in 2006 he has an appearance in the documentary Freestyle (with Brian Friedman). He has appeared in Gap campaigns (with Sarah Jessica Parker), and in advertisements for iPod, Old Navy (which he also choreographed), and Hummer.

It launched a unique service called 'Instead of Cafe' in Moscow and St. Petersburg to challenge the restaurant experience and prove that IKEA kitchens can easily beat it. Anyone could book one of ten thematic kitchens for any occasion and cook together. The project was so successful that it usually took several minutes for the whole week to be fully booked. Within "instead, to meet strangers who might change our minds", the artist Dorine van Meel presents a site specific installation that makes use of both the architectural setting and her own experiences within a church, where she recalls her memories of youth and reinstates them through layers of sound and light. The installation can be read on a number of levels, with van Meel harnessing the familiar features that would be commonplace inside such a space, whether it be the echo of the spoken word, or the coloured refraction of a stained-glass window. However, the content is channelled through a process of translation and abstraction, meaning that her recollections wander from their origins, leaving only a representation behind.
These recollections draw upon a letter written by her younger self at the age of sixteen, in which she discusses the multiple possibilities and aspirations of an undecided future. This commitment to text allows her to grasp at independence, setting out a romanticised proposal for individuality, that escapes the constraints of the existing systems and patterns of behaviour. In revisiting a moment of youthful energy, she reinstates this optimism, reminding herself that you can always return to your highest ambitions.
Shafts of projected light become representations of these systems, presented alongside different soundtracks that recite a combination of spoken word and composed music. Both the visual and the audible have their own varying rhythms, accelerating and colliding momentarily. By making use of the prominent glass- facade inside the Swiss Church not only is the installation integrated in the space, but also the rhythm is further enhanced by the light dispersed and fragmented throughout the building. The combination of these triggers construct an immersive atmosphere that offers the viewer the opportunity to recall their own similar experiences; leading to a moment of complete chaos that creates a passage breaking away from the familiar and plunging into the unknown.

It launched a unique service called 'Instead of Cafe' in Moscow and St. Petersburg to challenge the restaurant experience and prove that IKEA kitchens can easily beat it. Anyone could book one of ten thematic kitchens for any occasion and cook together.
The project was so successful that it usually took several minutes for the whole week to be fully booked. Over 60K people visited the project and over 9K got to test drive IKEA kitchens.

Within "instead, to meet strangers who might change our minds", the artist Dorine van Meel presents a site specific installation that makes use of both the architectural setting and her own experiences within a church, where she recalls her memories of youth and reinstates them through layers of sound and light. The installation can be read on a number of levels, with van Meel harnessing the familiar features that would be commonplace inside such a space, whether it be the echo of the spoken word, or the coloured refraction of a stained-glass window. However, the content is channelled through a process of translation and abstraction, meaning that her recollections wander from their origins, leaving only a representation behind.
These recollections draw upon a letter written by her younger self at the age of sixteen, in which she discusses the multiple possibilities and aspirations of an undecided future. This commitment to text allows her to grasp at independence, setting out a romanticised proposal for individuality, that escapes the constraints of the existing systems and patterns of behaviour. In revisiting a moment of youthful energy, she reinstates this optimism, reminding herself that you can always return to your highest ambitions.
Shafts of projected light become representations of these systems, presented alongside different soundtracks that recite a combination of spoken word and composed music. Both the visual and the audible have their own varying rhythms, accelerating and colliding momentarily. By making use of the prominent glass- facade inside the Swiss Church not only is the installation integrated in the space, but also the rhythm is further enhanced by the light dispersed and fragmented throughout the building. The combination of these triggers construct an immersive atmosphere that offers the viewer the opportunity to recall their own similar experiences; leading to a moment of complete chaos that creates a passage breaking away from the familiar and plunging into the unknown.

It launched a unique service called 'Instead of Cafe' in Moscow and St. Petersburg to challenge the restaurant experience and prove that IKEA kitchens can easily beat it. Anyone could book one of ten thematic kitchens for any occasion and cook together.
The project was so successful that it usually took several minutes for the whole week to be fully booked. Over 60K people visited the project and over 9K got to test drive IKEA kitchens.
