    According to union polls (& despite research), approximately 45-50% of schools still grade individual lessons / teachers. Does yours?

    Research has shown, that observers who judge a lesson and/or teacher in a one-off performance are unreliable and lack validity. Yet, almost 50% of schools still grade teachers and/or lessons to inform the overall quality of a teacher / school.
