Inner North Foundation have funded CERES in 2016-2017 to offer individual career pathways support in horticulture and permaculture. CERES offers a range of Horticulture and Permaculture courses (accredited, pre-accredited, fee-for-service) and volunteering opportunities (Site Maintenance, Propagation) for those looking to make lifestyle and career changes, for those simply wanting to learn more and connect with like-minded individuals in their local community as well as for those who are exploring opportunities to reconnect with more formalised training and develop employment pathways.
- interested in exploring training and employment opportunities in the Horticulture and/or Permaculture sector
- who are currently underemployed or unemployed
- have experienced barriers to participating in training, work experience programs or securing employment
- who would benefit from individualised support in Horticulture/Permaculture career pathways planning
Preference given to those residing in Moreland, Yarra & Darebin LGAs with funding generously provided by the Inner North Community Foundation. If you are not part of these municipalities you can also take part in career planning.
