Brewing is the production of beer by steeping a starch source (commonly cereal grains, the most popular of which is barley) in water and fermenting the resulting sweet liquid with yeast. It may be done in a brewery by a commercial brewer, at home by a homebrewer, or by a variety of traditional methods such as communally by the indigenous peoples in Brazil when making cauim. Brewing has taken place since around the 6th millennium BC, and archaeological evidence suggests that emerging civilizations including ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia brewed beer. Since the nineteenth century the brewing industry has been part of most western economies.
The basic ingredients of beer are water and a fermentable starch source such as malted barley. Most beer is fermented with a brewer's yeast and flavoured with hops. Less widely used starch sources include millet, sorghum and cassava. Secondary sources (adjuncts), such as maize (corn), rice, or sugar, may also be used, sometimes to reduce cost, or to add a feature, such as adding wheat to aid in retaining the foamy head of the beer. The proportion of each starch source in a beer recipe is collectively called the grain bill.
After leaving the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in the fermentation bin for 6 days it was ready to be transferred to the secondary fermentation phase. In this video, I show you how I transfer the beer into a pressure barrel and then from there into bottles for bottle conditioning (fermenting in the bottle). In the past I transferred all the beer into a pressure barrel and after 3 weeks got my beer. However, typically I had plenty left after a while which I would bottle up. However, this beer became very flat and more like home brew ! Bottle conditioning gives you the advantage of saving your beer in bottle and also producing a nice carbonated beer. when you bottle your beer and store it in the basement, the temperature might not be warm enough. This video talks about a simple heating system that will solve this problem.
Read the full post here: http://www.brew-dudes.com/imperial-stout-bottle-conditioning-experiment/6144 In March, John brewed a mighty Russian Imperial Stout. Now it's time for some tasting notes. Interestingly, after the bottles were adequately carbonated, he moved some into the fridge and kept the others at cellar temps. The question for me was whether I could taste the difference or not. Watch the video to learn more.
Brewed an English Pale Ale and, after kegging most of it, was left with a few gallons to bottle condition. Tried doing it with honey and did the math wrong, ending up with 3-4 times the carbonation that i needed! yikes! posted a video of me opening them to show what happens when you don't do the math right!
Another way of creating a great beer experience with beers that have gone through secondary fermentation in the bottle. In this case, you are adding the yeast for more body and flavor.
Like a fine wine, Craft Beer Brewers are practicing bottle conditions to help make your beer experience more complex.
Avoid getting sediment into your drinking glass. This is how to pour bottle-conditioned beer to enjoy beer without the sediment in the bottle.
Why wait weeks for bottle conditioned homebrew when it can be forced carbonated easily and cheaply.

Watch 4 Athletes Get Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award from Pranab Mukherjee►http://bit.ly/2c2nRLj National record holder OP Jaisha collapsed after completing her 42 kilometre run at the Olympic Games in Rio. Speaking to TIMES NOW, she revisits her ordeal, stating Indian officials were not present at the water stations to offer her a bottle of water. Jaisha narrates she is lucky to have survived the run after being unconscious for close to three hours without being attended to. Jaisha's condition is an example of the apathy that Indian athletes face due to negligence and errors of a few bureaucrats who hog the limelight using the athletes as a demo. Commercial Description: Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold. While preparing to film this hair cut role play I realized it's been over 5 years since I've been to a hair salon... I hope I was able to make it realistic enough considering I don't have a lot of experience with the subject! lol. I wanted to encompass the entire hair salon experience in this role play - From walking in and waiting while reading a magazine to having the hair blow dried and styled. There is a detailed timeline below so that you can jump around if you want. :) Many triggers occur in this video; some included are cutting, brushing, water sounds, spray bottle sounds, hair washing, foil sounds, sweeping, page turning, and personal attention.
