WA budget: BHP, Rio hit in tax grab

The nation's biggest miners BHP and Rio Tinto are being targeted as part of a near $1 billion corporate tax grab, in the first Labor budget for Western Australia in more than nine years, delivered by Treasurer Ben Wyatt.

House prices fell 2.8 per cent in 2016 and 1.2 per cent in 2015.
