Selmer Jackson (May 7, 1888 – March 30, 1971) was an American stage film and television actor. He appeared in nearly 400 films between 1921 and 1963. He was born in Lake Mills, Iowa and died in Burbank, California from a heart attack.

Jean Parker
Jean Parker (born Luise Stephanie Zelinska, August 11, 1915 – November 30, 2005) was an American film and stage actress. She landed her first screen test while still in high school. She acted opposite such well-known actors as Katharine Hepburn, Robert Donat, Edward G. Robinson, Randolph Scott and Laurel and Hardy. She was married four times and had one son, Robert Lowery Hanks.
Career
Born as Luise Stephanie Zelinska in Deer Lodge, Montana of Polish-French descent, both her father, who was variously a gunsmith, a hunter and a chef, and her mother, one of 18 children of a pioneer family, were unemployed during the depression of the 1930s. In her adolescence, she chose to go by the name Lois Mae Green.
She appeared in 70 movies from 1932 through 1966. In 1932, she posed as a flower girl and living poster in a float in the Tournament of Roses Parade, where she was seen by Ida Koverman, secretary to MGM mogul Louis B. Mayer. The following day the studio called her on the phone and invited her for a screen test. She attended Pasadena schools and graduated from John Muir High School. Her original aspirations were in the fine arts and illustration.

Fred Waring was born and lived most of his life in Pennsylvania. While attending Penn State University he tried but failed to join the Penn State Glee Club, so his brother and a couple other students formed their own band to play at events around town. The band morphed into Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians, one of Victor Record's bestselling groups, and Fred Waring became a well-known radio and television personality. Fred was never shy to try new and different things, and in 1938, as partner to inventor Frederick Osius he introduced the first electric blender to the world, the Miracle Mixer Waring Blendor, with an 'o' in the word blender as a tribute to Osius. The blender was used extensively as a science research tool, and Doctor Jonas Salk used a Waring Blendor to help create his polio vaccine. Waring sold the one millionth Waring Blendor in 1954. In 1983 Fred Waring was given the Congressional Gold Medal by President Ronald Reagan, just a year before Waring died from a fatal stroke at the age of 84, in State College, Pennsylvania after videotaping a concert there. In 1956 he tried to interest television networks in a new television show about real, notable fires around the country with this pilot episode.

Fred was never shy to try new and different things, and in 1938, as partner to inventor Frederick Osius he introduced the first electric blender to the world, the Miracle Mixer Waring Blendor, with an 'o' in the word blender as a tribute to Osius. The blender was used extensively as a science research tool, and Doctor Jonas Salk used a Waring Blendor to help create his polio vaccine. Waring sold the one millionth Waring Blendor in 1954. In 1983 Fred Waring was given the Congressional Gold Medal by President Ronald Reagan, just a year before Waring died from a fatal stroke at the age of 84, in State College, Pennsylvania after videotaping a concert there. In 1956 he tried to interest television networks in a new television show about real, notable fires around the country with this pilot episode.

The known actors: Fred Waring (himself, show host), John Hoyt (Stuart Manning), Dorothy Green (Sheila Collins), John Hubbard (Martin Collins), Sue George (Jane), Wright King (Marine Sergeant Bill Martin), Herb Vigran (Sammy Fox), Selmer Jackson (divorce judge), Hallene Hill (Jane's granny), Edward Montgomery (himself, Boston Fire Chief).
Fred Waring was born and lived most of his life in Pennsylvania. While attending Penn State University he tried but failed to join the Penn State Glee Club, so his brother and a couple other students formed their own band to play at events around town. The band morphed into Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians, one of Victor Record's bestselling groups, and Fred Waring became a well-known radio and television personality. Fred was never shy to try new and different things, and in 1938, as partner to inventor Frederick Osius he introduced the first electric blender to the world, the Miracle Mixer Waring Blendor, with an 'o' in the word blender as a tribute to Osius. The blender was used extensively as a science research tool, and Doctor Jonas Salk used a Waring Blendor to help create his polio vaccine. Waring sold the one millionth Waring Blendor in 1954. In 1983 Fred Waring was given the Congressional Gold Medal by President Ronald Reagan, just a year before Waring died from a fatal stroke at the age of 84, in State College, Pennsylvania after videotaping a concert there. In 1956 he tried to interest television networks in a new television show about real, notable fires around the country with this pilot episode.
