Meal planner: Hello spring!

Spring has arrived, and with it comes light, refreshing fare big on herbs, lamb, fish and greens. Start the week with a quick ricotta gnocchi from Neil Perry, then move on to a tasty mid-week rose stew from Rachel Khoo. Serve leftovers with a salad on Wednesday, then finish the week with a spectacular minestrone and Adam Liaw's lamb roast.
