Und Kartell ist wiederum ein Oberbegriff für Wettbewerbsabsprachen, Preisabsprachen zum Beispiel, oder Gebietsabsprachen, oder auch ein abgestimmtes Verhalten. All das fasst man zusammen unter dem Begriff der Kartelle. Also: Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen, abgekürzt GWB, Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen, GWB, und wir werden hier gefragt nach den wesentlichen Bestimmungen, wesentliche Bestimmungen.
Drei wesentliche Elemente des Kartellgesetzes (GWB, wesentliche Bestimmungen)
Nun, diese wesentlichen Bestimmungen bilden gleichzeitig die Struktur des Gesetzes. Das GWB kümmert sich um drei Bereiche, hat also drei zentrale Elemente.
• Und zwar regelt es einmal das Kartellverbot. Ja, wohlgemerkt, das „Kartell“ kommt auch hier im Gesetz nicht vor, auch im jeweiligen Paragrafen nicht vor, gemeint sind Wettbewerbsabsprachen oder abgestimmtes Verhalten, Preisabsprachen. Das fasst man alles zusammen unter dem Begriff „Kartell“, und das Gesetz verbietet es. Allerdings lässt es dann auch wieder ein paar Ausnahmen zu. Kartellverbot plus Ausnahmen.
• Der zweite Regelungsbereich ist sie Missbrauchsaufsicht. Diese Missbrauchsaufsicht bezieht sich auf marktbeherrschende Unternehmen im Wesentlichen. Missbrauchsaufsicht. Es ist nicht verboten, marktbeherrschend zu sein als Unternehmen, aber es verboten, seine Macht, die man dann hat, zu missbrauchen. Und das wird beaufsichtigt durch die entsprechenden Behörden, die auch im GWB geregelt sind.
• Und das dritte ist die Fusionskontrolle. Fusion ist ein vornehmeres Wort für Unternehmenszusammenschluss, Unternehmensverschmelzung. Und wenn durch diese Verschmelzung ein neues Unternehmen entsteht, das zum Beispiel den Markt so beherrscht, dass es gar keinen richtigen Wettbewerb mehr gibt, muss das hier gesteuert, gegebenenfalls verboten werden. Das ist die Fusionskontrolle.
Im Einzelnen ist das kompliziert, ja, das Kartellgesetz oder GWB ist ein recht kompliziertes Gesetz, weil es viele, viele Ausnahmen enthält und weil es letztlich hier auch um Machtfragen geht, und das ist immer schwierig, über ein Gesetz zu regeln so etwas, aber das sind die drei wesentlichen Bereiche: Kartellverbot mit den Ausnahmen, die Missbrauchsaufsicht und die Fusionskontrolle, ja. Und dann, wenn es dann in die Details geht, dann wird es kompliziert. Dann kommen viele Ausnahmen und Sonderregelungen, aber das ist die doch recht einfache Grundstruktur.

Quick look at the inside of the station (even though it was 100% a terminal for all journeys, its officially named a Station). I wish I had focused more on the architectural details and finishes and exterior, as this place is now undergoing its first major remodeling. So complete is the makeover that all functions other than loading the buses have been moved to trailers in the street. In the video, the congregating men are customers of the Off Track Betting parlor.

George Washington Bridge
The George Washington Bridge – known informally as the GW Bridge, the GWB, the GW, or the George – is a double-decked suspension bridge spanning the Hudson River between the Washington Heights neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City and Fort Lee, New Jersey. As of 2015, the George Washington Bridge carries over 106 million vehicles per year, making it the world's busiest motor vehicle bridge. The bridge is owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a bi-state government agency that operates several area bridges, tunnels and airports, and the PATH rapid transit system.
The bridge, an integral conduit within the New York metropolitan area, has an upper level that carries four lanes in each direction and a lower level with three lanes in each direction, for a total of 14 lanes of travel. The speed limit on the bridge is 45 mph (72 km/h), though congestion often slows traffic, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. The bridge's upper level also carries pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Interstate 95 (I-95) and U.S. Route 1/9 (US 1/9) cross the river via the bridge. The New Jersey Turnpike (part of I-95, connecting to I-80) and US 46, which lie entirely within New Jersey, both terminate halfway across the bridge at the state border with New York. At its eastern terminus in New York City, the bridge connects with the Trans-Manhattan Expressway (part of I-95, connecting to the Cross Bronx Expressway).

Washington Bridge
The Washington Bridge carries six lanes of traffic, as well as sidewalks on both sides, over the Harlem River in New York City between the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx, connecting 181st Street and Amsterdam Avenue in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan to University Avenue in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Ramps at either end of the bridge connect to the Trans-Manhattan Expressway and the Cross-Bronx Expressway. The bridge is operated and maintained by the New York City Department of Transportation. It once carried U.S. Route 1, which now travels over the Alexander Hamilton Bridge.
The total length of the bridge, including approaches, is 2,375 feet (724 m). The parallel main spans of the steel arch bridge stretch 510 feet (160 m) over the Harlem River, providing 134 feet (41 m) of vertical clearance and 354 feet (108 m) of horizontal clearance. The tidal maximum (mean higher high water) is 4.9 ft (1.5 m) and extreme low water is -3.5 compared to mean lower low water.

George Washington
George Washington (February 22, 1732 [O.S. February 11, 1731] – December 14, 1799) was the first President of the United States (1789–97), the Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War, and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. Quick look at the inside of the station (even though it was 100% a terminal for all journeys, its officially named a Station). I wish I had focused more on the architectural details and finishes and exterior, as this place is now undergoing its first major remodeling. So complete is the makeover that all functions other than loading the buses have been moved to trailers in the street. In the video, the congregating men are customers of the Off Track Betting parlor.

• Und das dritte ist die Fusionskontrolle. Fusion ist ein vornehmeres Wort für Unternehmenszusammenschluss, Unternehmensverschmelzung. Und wenn durch diese Verschmelzung ein neues Unternehmen entsteht, das zum Beispiel den Markt so beherrscht, dass es gar keinen richtigen Wettbewerb mehr gibt, muss das hier gesteuert, gegebenenfalls verboten werden. In 1958 Jack Curtis began parlaying his gig as a reporter for The Arizona Republic into an early Rock n' Roll empire. Combining his keen ear, love of music and marketing expertise, the instinctual entrepreneur launched a talent contest, TV show, a string of Teen nightclubs and a record label, Mascot Records. In retrospect Jack Curtis was Arizona's Dick Clark and a forerunner to Ed McMahon (Star Search) and Simon Cowell (American Idol). With an uncanny ability to leverage his assets Curtiss attracted the best musical talent, took them in the studio and churned out some amazing records. The savvy producer even leased some of his recordings to the renown, Chess Records label further expanding his reach. Mascot singles were topping the local charts, filling his clubs with enthusiastic fans and the records were flying off the shelves. Jack also attracted national acts to his venues adding concert promoter to his already lengthy resume. Bands including The Mamas And
