Nothing will happen to the police officer. He will receive back pay and put back on active duty. Americans do not have any rights.

She has a Civil Law suit for assault! He's not done with this!
-
She has powerful agencies on her side. He may not be done but she has the upper hand, imho.
-
What I meant was that she's not done with him and he hasn't seen the last of her! Don't 'thumb' well on the phone! lol
-
I understood Cindy and you're right. I can't thumb so I "swipe."

Did they illegally draw blood from the unconscious man after arresting the nurse? If so assault and battery charges are in order as well.
-
And the blood drawn would be inadmissible without a warrant or permission, which the suspect couldn't give, being unconscious.
-
But it would still be in the database, wouldn't it?

His lieutenant ordered him to arrest her. He or she should be accountable too.
-
Article does mention his being ordered by the lieutenant and 2 officers now under investigation. Sounds like they are, rightfully so.

I'm miffed he wasn't removed from duty immediately as investigation take place. He deserves discharge with dishonor from service
