North Korea has announced it has tested a nuclear weapon that can fit on a missile after a strong tremor was detected across the region. This is North Korea's sixth nuclear test, but first time they have said that they have successfully tested a hydrogen bomb. Japan, China and South Korea all said the "artificial earthquake" was consistent with other nuclear tests carried out by the reclusive state.
