MH Themes does not guarantee that the themes will work with all browsers, nor that the themes will be functional with outdated versions of WordPress. There is no guaranteed compatibility with additional third party plugins, scripts, or other applications. In case you are unsure about compatibility, it is recommended to contact us before purchasing and we’ll be more than happy to answer your questions as soon as possible.
2. License & Copyright
WordPress themes by MH Themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the themes to meet your personal needs and requirements. The themes may be used on multiple personal and commercial websites. Images used for demonstration purposes in theme demos are copyrighted to their respective owners and are licensed for commercial use, adaption, modification or building upon. These images are not included with the purchase and download of WordPress themes by MH Themes.
3. Purchases & Payments
We don’t sell WordPress themes by ourselves. You can purchase our WordPress themes from FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring, 801 Garden St. #201, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, United States of America) and your contractual partner for the purchase is solely FastSpring. FastSpring is a reliable and authorized reseller of software and other digital products with focus on safe, secure internet sales and fulfillment. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email from FastSpring with your invoice and download link.
4. Support
MH Themes offers fast and reliable theme support to verified customers who have purchased WordPress themes. In case you need assistance with your WordPress theme, you can find tutorials and answers to frequently asked questions in the support center. In addition, you can send support requests to our support team and these requests usually will be answered within 24 hours. Theme support does not include individual theme customizations, that would require the modification of core theme files or custom code. In case you need theme customizations or custom development, it is possible to request a free quote based on your personal needs and requirements.
